    I like my new computer and it has been challenging learning to use it because it has Windows 11. I have figured out most quirks but not why it will suddenly increase the size of the document. Need to take it to the Geek Squad to find out why it does that. Really appreciate how fast it is.

    The graphic and battery are awful. I took it off charge and used it for half hour. The battery completely drained, from full to empty. All I did was played music. The laptop is pretty fast. I guess it’s because it’s new. I’m returning it. Not worth the money.

      We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing difficulty setting up Windows.





      This issue is temporary, the initial WINDOWS setup should be easy by following the wizard. However, this may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. This is normal regardless what brand of computer this may be. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. Also, w hile accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.

ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage.     ASUS - Vivobook 17.3" Laptop

    This laptop was a great buy. Easy to set up and fast. Perfect for my school work, surfing, and all that good stuff you would do with everyday computing. It was also a great buy for the price i paid. I have no regrets about it. And, would highly recommend it.

    Worst experience I've had so far. I have to set up computers for our businesses and this model in particular is not only slow and unreliable but as of today it has crashed and blue screened permanently within 3 days of being used for operations.

    Had a great experience purchasing this new laptop - bought it to work from home and it’s been great!! The sales agent was super helpful and assisted me as I drive for an hour to pick it up as it was not available in the store in my hometown

    So far everything is has worked great. It has a large easy to see screen, the keys are not too close which makes typing easier. The speaker sound is great! It has a nice sleek design that makes cleaning or sterilizing easy...

      If you are experiencing slow system speed and stability issue with the laptop, please check if Windows and onboard device drivers are up to date. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Also, while accessing the internet or web applications, please make sure the laptop has access to an established router, it is getting an excellent signal and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance.
