It makes it hard to type on other devices. A single charge usually gets me through the day's work and it charges pretty fast. It fits in my computer bag so all is good.

We assumed because it was refurbished. Decided to purchase a NEW laptop on 22 September 2022 and guess what it doesn’t even come on. Do not recommend BESTBUY for major buys

This Machine Is poor.

We do understand your disappointment if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance issue with the laptop.
This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. Also, while accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance.

Good laptop for the price

He's been very happy with the speed and performance so far. Keep in mind, it's mostly being used to run applications that don't require a great deal of resources.

I'm very slow at getting everything set up for myself. I have got E-mail working but having a hard time loading bookmarks. After all is and done, I'm crazy about my new PC. The price was also very good.

I have taken it to geek squad twice since purchasing.

Beautiful laptop for a beautiful price.

Missed the mark badly

Best buy had no real info on the shelf, so I ended up with a laptop that is painfully slow and can't have CPU replaced.

ASUS With windows 11

All data found said it did but was told data transfer tech could install it at time of transfer. It turns the laptop would not take the upgrade to windows 11. That is the reason I chose an ASUS over Dell or HP. Needless to say I am not a happy camper

Constant lag with mouse and keyboard

This is my second one as I exchanged the first assuming it was just a fluke bad laptop, but no same problems here. You have to switch the power plan to get it to work at all and even as I sit here typing, the words show up 5-8 seconds after I type them. It's not like I even try to game with it, I literally just have 3 google tabs open. When did non-gaming laptops get so bad? I thought Asus was good but this laptop is awful.

Takes too long to load

Because of this, it makes the laptop useless as to which everything that I do for programming is not designed for Win11.
