    Very slow and battery life is really bad full charge only lasts a few hours b4 it prompts u that u need to charge it aslo takes a long time to update even with great internet service.

    Ive had this laptop for aboit a month and its fantastic. I wasnt sure how i would like it i never owned this brand but i figured it was a great deal ill try it

    This laptop was way too slow , it didn’t even seem like it had 12gb of ram , don’t waste your time with it an the battery wasn’t good either! Not worth $700

      We're sorry to hear that your unit is running slow. There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. This will cause the unit to run a bit hotter than normal and in turn ramp up the fan speed. We would recommend that the user check for and install all updates for all installed applications. Multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed.

    IAM BRING THIS ONE BACK, I HAVE GOTTEN BLUE SCREEN SINCE I PURCHASED THIS, THEIR IS A CLICK AND CLICK FROM THE HARD DRIVE AND IT STARTED SINCE 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. IAM HOPING THAT EXTRA MONEY THAT I SPENT ON BEST BUY WARRANTY THEY STAND BEHIND IT.

    once I connected to my router things go to work like it should. after about a month using this laptop I am impressed and since then the computer runs good and no more hot legs.

    Bought this laptop in March 2022 started having problems 5 months later. It just shuts off randomly, or keyboard doesn't response and needs a hard reset to get it working again,

    I dislike because i have had trouble with computer April thru 1. Returned to Best Buy, The Geek Squad ok 2. Geek Squad on line, could not fix it 3. Geek Squad on line , could not fix it 4. Geek Squad on line, could not fix it 5. Returned to Best Buy, did not fix it, No audio device installed. 6. New problem, Yahoo E-mail flutters up and down, is unreadable.

    One of the worst laptops I have purchased. I ended up returning it in two days. The laptop lags a lot. It wouldn't even let me open my browser without lagging (and this was before I even downloaded any of my files). The start takes forever as well, and the power button is difficult to use. Sometimes it feels like you need to smash it and sometimes it's sensitive. Not sure if I just got a faulty laptop, but I did not have a good experience.

    ASUS 17 inch Laptop

    This is truly an excellent computer. The computer is responsive, and fast. The 17 inch screen is very bright and finely detailed. Multiple screens allow data transfer between programs with ease.

    We do tax and accounting work, so the large display and keypad is a necessity. Graphics are great and the speed means no lag times with entries.

    Nice laptop with a nice big screen. I usually keep it plugged in, but the battery seems to last as long as I need it to when unplugged.

    So far ASUS - Vivobook is working fine! Speed test is around 100/100! Sometime the program show: connection with router is lost, although other site work normally.

    I purchased this computer 1/18/22. To date, I had to have service on 2/2/22 and 2/14/22. Not a good record. I have been using PS's and Laptops since the late 1970's and over that entire time I probably needed service less then 5 times. Not a good record. The next system problem I WILL BE RETURNING IT FOR FULL REFUND.
