Ive spent hours on tech support (they apparently have a time limit so every 40-60 minutes i had start all over again. Eventually, after six calls, not counting thr multi-part calls, a couple system restarts, and reinstalling all my drives, the computer (which i use for writing and netflix), ive been told to return to Best where this saga began Buy
