Slower than a Celeron-Based Laptop

Probably the slowest computer I have ever used. I realize that it has an HDD only and no SSD, but good grief, something seriously wrong with the architecture of this computer. I returned it to the store the next day.

Asus is usually a good brand but this model is an absolute loser.

We're sorry to hear that your cpmputer is running slow. There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. Also we would recommend that you attempt the steps in the faq below.

A bit disappointed

With the charge that Washington still on the computer I was able to set it up, but it was horribly slow. I took it back to the store and was given a universal power adapter, which did not work with the laptop. Had to get a refund.
