    Since day one we had issues with starting this computer. After 6 months we took it for service, and we were told that because it is HDD instead of SSD it is slow on start up. I have used different computers, and never had to wait for 15 minutes for a brand new laptop to start. Avoid it.

    After 30 minutes starting the computer became frozen. Every time we turn on takes about 15 minutes, every time we open a brower or program it takes over 5 minutes... I live in Argentina, difficult to change it, this is the worst ever computer I bought, Asus never again!

    Worst laptop ever. I have nothing loaded on this machine. I have 5g internet connection snd cannot watch a vidio. Takes 5 minutes to restart. Dont buy it. Got it in january it is now early april and im stuck with a piece of junk.

    This laptop sucks so much Its always at 100 disk usage for no reason and takes 5 minutes to load up and im on my second day with this laptop. I am returning it for something else asap.

    It stopped working the day after I purchased it. The text said it possibly could be a bad board or may be a connection problem. I went to another connector and had the same issue. I do not recommend this brand. I return the item and bought an HP

    I got this as a new computer but when I got it home it had a username on it. Will be taking it back tomorrow.don’t know the answers to the question below because I can’t set it up with someone’s username and password that I don’t know
