    Somehow didn't even have the capability for Bluetooth, and wouldn't load anything. Horrible buy.

    THIS IS THE SLOWEST LAPTOP I HAVE EVER OWNED. Booting up takes forever, then opening an internet browser takes forever. I keep it updated, nothing is wrong with the battery, it's just horrifically slow. I'm talking takes up to 10 minutes or more to boot up slow. I saw lot of other people complain about this but saw provider responses to their negative reviews with suggestions and figured it would likely overall be okay. False. It's frustratingly slow. I'd get a new one if I could afford it.

    Architecturally, a good buy for the money. Purchased as Christmas 2022 present, in service mid January, so more hands on needed. Downside, keyboard nearly impossible to read unless ambient lighting is perfect. Exasperating. Clearly form over function. 4 star rating for that reason.

    Worst Laptop I ever purchased. It is slow! The keyboard does not light up. The letters blend in with the silver. It froze all the time. It takes forever to start. Battery life is terrible!
