Best Buy priced lower than amazon

Not 100 pct sure I like it. I will say that Best Buy's prices were much much lower than Amazon. And service was just as quick.

Basically, People Returned This Back To Best Buy And Got A Better Laptop Like HP, And Dell. Do Not Buy This Laptop And Don’t Waste Your Money On This Laptop And Buy A Better Laptop Like Acer Predator Helios 300 With Intel Core i7 And 3060 And FHD Screen And 16GB DDR5. Only $999.99. This One Has 12GB Ram intel core i5, 10th gen. 1tb hdd. This One Was Acting Like Intel Celeron And 4GB Ram And it was very slow, Keyboard is Hard To See. Thank You.

Asus Laptop - Unreliable CPUs

Laptop was kept indoors, climate controlled, and used like a desktop. No travel. No rough use. I have never had a CPU go out on any laptop or desktop and would not buy Asus again

Not Nice BestBuy!

BestBuy rep said I only had one year warranty. The tv blewout in one year. They didn't want to replace the Toshiba I purchased for my mom with 2 year warranty.. Now I purchased 2 Asus laptops with BestBuy and the speakers doesn't play sounds right. BestBuy gave me a Bogus manufactor number. Nothing but a busy signal. Or Please try your call again.

compatibility
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because the Asus Computer we bought does not have the VGA dock on it, I had to buy two add on that Best Buy offered, but I had to call Asus to find out what I bought was not compatible to the . I had to buy a compatible Dongle Docker, which will not arrive in time to use the computer for Easter Sunday Worship. If I would have known about the need for compatibility was important I would have not wasted my money.

Slow to loan emails. Slow key response. Extremely short battery life. DON'T BUY ONE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Keyboard issues

This keyboard is so hard to use because of that. Even in the daytime, it's difficult. Also, many of the commonly used keys are not where most keys are, so that also makes it difficult.

Good for some gaming, multitasking and office work

I had to search online for for a remedy to speed it up, and it worked. Windows 11 now runs extrememly fast, and everything loads up like lightning. Here is a link to try to speed up windows 11: https://www.minitool.com/backup-tips/make-windows-11-faster.html. It's just simple stuff to uncheck in preformance etc. Now my AUSUS works great and I can even play video games Like ARK: Evolution Evolved, Minecraft, and House Flipper with decent graphics. Alos works good for Youtube and multi-tasking and office work

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER!

The camera on the device was not functional upon opening the computer. I have tried everything I can find online to fix it and have brought it to the Geek Squad. ASUS is now telling me I have to ship the computer back to them for 7-10 business days to have the product reviewed. What am I supposed to do for work in that time period? Save yourself and do not purchase an ASUS laptop. There are countless threads online of others with issues with the camera. Do no waste your money on a brand new computer that will not work as advertised.

Slow, freezes, malfunctions

I assumed this model would work as good or not better. This computer is slow and freezes often, even while using the built in Microsoft video editor. Two months into owning it, my webcam has failed, and it is 10 days to late to return to Bestbuy. I feel like somehting is wrong with my specific computer, but without the option to return, I'm just out of $600.
