    I have nothing but problems with this computer, It constantly crashes the keys and mouse move by itself can't hardly play any of my games or anything without it acting up

    worse computer i have ever brought . speakers are the dirt. has a very narrow viewing angle . terrible screen i can go on and on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! ITS WORTH 200

    I read all of the reviews above but only have one thing to say. For the money this laptop cannot be beat. There were only two drawbacks that I could see with this unit. 1) it doesn’t have a touchscreen but if you have a external keyboard this won’t be an issue.2) it does not have a backlit keyboard. This makes the keyboard a little tough to see in certain lighting conditions. Other than that the combination of an Intel I7 chip, 16 GB of memory, and 1 TB SSD you can’t find anywhere else for this price.

    Great laptop excellent tacos

    I bought this laptop off a taco truck for $400 in the box and really like both the Laptop and the Tacos. This isn't a top of the line laptop, but it's got a lot of bang for the buck , (especially if you pay taco truck prices) pros Power pack is small Fast i7 CPU low power use 16 GB backlit kb is very nice fresh ingredients crisp display 1080p intel iRIS X intels graphics have come a long way check out the unity benchmarks. This isn't a gaming laptop, but it's a laptop you can play games on surprisingly well. tried all three homemade sauces, all were excellent fairly good (if not loud)sound quality from built in speakers cons I'd knock off half a star for the top casing which is a little to easy to dent but it doesn't seem to allow half star ratings here. Truck is not there on Tuesdays.

    I've had nothing but issues with this laptop. It is SO slow and inhibits me from getting any work done. Oh, and when the charges stops working.. because it will.. good luck trying to find an ASUS brand. Their website is consistently sold out and the size of the charger itself isn't universal. You'll notice there's a input for a USB-C. Guess what! It can't charge your laptop; it's only for data transfer. System updates are a joke as well. They'll freeze at 10% and lock up your computer until it decides to turn itself back on. Do yourself a favor and spend the money to get a better device.

    Illegible keyboard

    You've got two ways of interacting with this computer: Touchpad and keyboard. The touchpad is okay. The keyboard is miserable. Why? You can't actually -read- the keycaps unless the lights are off and the backlighting is on. In daylight, there's not enough contrast between the characters and the key background. Move to dim lighting where the backlighting begins to kick in and the keyboard is totally illegible. Move along...nothing to see here...literally.

    Had this less than 2 months and have called customer service 3 times for shaky screen/blurry graphics/text. Now I have to send it in. Never had an issue in over 5 years with HP....should have stayed with them...buyer's remorse.

    To high of a Price for a low end Laptop Computer

    For this laptop the price is way to high. The keyboard is hard to see and you cannot upgrade it with a Microsoft Pro Key.

    Laptop is in S Mode

    Be advised this computer has Windows 10 in S mode, but it should be advertised that way. S Mode only allows apps to be installed from the Windows Store. You cannot download firefox or chrome unless you exit S mode. Please research this. I'd already returned one laptop to best buy because of this and got stuck with another. It should be disclosed in the overview and/or specifications.
