This one functions much better than the previous one leading us to believe the previous model probably had problems we didn't know about from the day we bought it. Have always been satisfied with Asus products.

Invisible Keyboard Letters

The screen pics are not as sharp as my Surface, but that wasn't the deal breaker. I found the letters on the keyboard unreadable. In other words, I could not see the letters the keyboard because the color of the letters blended in with the keys. Hence, I returned the laptop.

We picked this laptop up on sale. She uses this for all of her crafting programs and it seems to work flawlessly. Have only had this laptop for a short time, but it seems to be a good deal so far.

I've seen a lot of people say the keys not lighting up bothers them, but it isnt that bad in my opinion.

ASUS vivobook poor buy

Microsoft Windows 10S stops you from using ANY OTHER software if it is not on their approved webstore. I wasted four hours trying to get help to remove 10S an install my pro version. Microsoft said to call Best Buy, best buy said its a microsoft issue. the killer was after trying that I followed online instructions to install and found out the "3" key did not work. Really on a brand new computer no one verified the keys worked?? Software glitches and broken right out of the box. Do not waste your money on this one. Poor quality control and a software package that makes a cheaper entry level computer look great!
