    This is the best computer ever. It’s able to get just about everything I need to get done from school work to game play.

    This computer WILL NOT download origins for SIMS 4. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GAMING COMPUTER.

    The cord is broke so it won’t charge

    We haven’t had this computer a month and the cord is not charging . Really frustrating so in return the computer won’t turn on .

      Dear Jeff,

      Usually, the following can be performed if the laptop will not power on or boot up.

      Please verify if the AC adapter is properly connected from the Chromebook to a known good, working surge protector or AC outlet. Try to connect it to another known good power source.

      If running it with battery only, please make sure the battery has an ample amount of charge.

      If this was tried to no avail, please try to disconnect the AC adapter and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory and reset the hardware to default settings.

      After doing this, please reconnect, do not power on the laptop until battery was charged.
