Pick another laptop

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It worked pretty well for about a year, but now it shuts off after being turned on and you have to push the power button a second time to get it to turn on once it’s done resetting. Sometimes it randomly completely resets and you get a blue screen error message and the entire computer restarts. My previous Asus lasted with no problems for almost seven years so it’s a bummer this one is crashing after only a year of moderate to low use.

Screen is falling apart

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this computer for my daughter just 3 months ago and the hinge has already broken which in turn has cracked the screen and half the time the computer is now not working, what a piece of JUNK!!!
