Amazing 2-in-1 for the price

I did a lot of research ahead of purchasing and any comparable 2-in-1 is $100-$200 more expensive so as long as you don't need anything with a blazing processor or dedicated graphics card, this is a fantastic choice. My only slight complaint is that the material is a bit of a fingerprint magnet.

Great little laptop for daughter in school

I wanted to just get another Chromebook but availability was impossible and prices were a bit crazy. So I started looking at entry level laptops and we found this model at Best Buy. We have two other newer Asus laptops so I knew it was a good unit. It is perfect for her, quick and small, powerful enough to handle her schoolwork with ease. I was very thankful I could even find a new computer that could be delivered in a few days. Not a gaming PC but more than enough for a teenager watching Netflix and doing Google docs. Performance was really better then expected.

She does a lot of online shopping and video chat with family. This computer is perfect for actions like those and even more, it is easy to use and has amazing features.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on this model. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the battery and the issue you're having when browsing. Please allow us to make your experience with ASUS a better one. Please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used. We would recommend that you back up your data and perform a system restore.
