I’ve only had this Laptop for a month give or take, but so far it’s been great. It seems to handle anything I throw at it although I only been using it for school. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the screen resolution. It could be better, but they had to sacrifice something to make it affordable all the other specs are great though. I went with 15gb of ram and 512gb ssd. I forgot about the speakers they’re on the bottom of the laptop and sound good on something flat. Sound isn’t to good in your lap. A good way around that is connecting a Bluetooth speaker or headphones. The connection has been great and it’s another excuse to use my speaker lol.

Maybe worth 5 stars in due time but just not had it long enough to know about long term performance. Initial few weeks' impression very good though. Fire ups lightning quick, moves seamlessly from program to program. I should note that I'm not a cell phone fanatic and thus really dislike Windows 10 compared to the much more practical virtues of Windows 7 but this machine makes W10 much easier to negotiate. It is nicely put together and is a high quality product and the screen display is very sharp. No touch screen but that is exactly what I wanted. A very good start to ownership.

I haven't had any problems with it. Good performance so far. If it had more memory that would be nice but I can fell the technology and flexibility in the tech. Great computer purchase so far.

Awesome laptop! Met my expectations! . Has a very good perfromace and the only thing that I would change is the on/off boton. (is in the top right corner, I dont like it in that place because usualy the delete boton is in that place) Very good sound by harman / kardon!

I was in need of and looking for a new laptop with an i7 processor and at a minimum 16 gigs of memory in order to work from home as well as for personal use. This laptop is great for me because it has the speed and memory for my use. It's quick to load and has 3 USB ports, headphone jack, HDMI port, and a Micro SD port. However, I would have preferred it have the full SD port because it keeps my Micro SD chip safer when transferring photos. I wish manufacturers would reconsider this and provide the full port because that's what most cameras use so I don't understand why they made this port smaller. Overall, it's a great laptop and has everything I need.

Great computer at a good price. The combination of the SSD and 16gb of ram make this a very fast machine. Boot time is quick and it's ready to work within seconds of logging in.

Best laptop ever. I had a top-rated Dell XPS 13 which turned out to have major issues, screen glitches etc so I did some research and bought this laptop. I’m so happy with it. I use it for school and work. It’s fast, reliable and it looks good too. Very happy with this purchase. Arrived quickly with no issues.

wonderful product, it would have been great if it came with micro soft office for at least one year. After spending over USD $1000.00 to get the PC, one year of no more computer expenses, would have been ideal.

Good, efficient laptop, good price and fast, works well

So far so good. This was a Christmas gift so we haven't used the laptop a whole lot yet. It looks good & all the specs met our requirements. We'll update our review later.

If you're a student who needs an academic system, this works for you. At least, this has been working great for me. I just add an external SSD ant everything is excellent.

Okay, so the laptop itself is great, but this laptop is listed as Dreamy White/Transparent Silver, and this is simply not correct. The color this is, is slate grey which is fine, but not the color I thought I was ordering. I took it my local store and we got everything figured out and I ended up actually getting this laptop with a different processor to get the dreamy white. They even agreed that their website isn't clear. When I did receive the dreamy white I was in love...Beautiful computer and runs great! The staff was amazing too, so my rating on this has nothing to do with the computer itself- just the way it is listed on the website.

Love the color, function and use of this laptop! Works great for editing photos in Photoshop. Super fast loading on web browser. My husband uses this laptop for some online games and doesn’t ever have any lagging issues. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone who is looking for a great every day use laptop.
