Wished it had a spot for a disc to play I didn’t know it didn’t have one!

My family needed a desktop computer for school/games/researching and this Asus computer has been better than advertised. We are traditionally Mac user and we haven’t purchased an desktop computer since the early 2000’s (only laptops) and was reluctant of this brand because we knew little about it. After extensively researching this brand and speaking with the BestBuy representatives, he eased our mind and insured us of it’s quality, durability, and the speed of this particular computer. The touchscreen feature comes in handy with our toddler which can easily be turn off if not needed and the speed of downloading or surfing the web because of the SSD feature is incredibly fast...

Having using this machine since 2019, so far so good. Touch screen came in handy in times. Great for day to day use.

We tested this in the store, with a real time power off to the internet and surfing time of 12 seconds, nothing else we tried even came close. The SSD drive is ample, connections are ample, and overall, we are very pleased with the speed and all functionality. This is a great PC and we have zero limitations to date. We were even able to WIFI transfer all of the private files off the old PC with speed and zero issues. Really love this workhorse of a PC. We regularly use this PC for internet, CNC design work, playing music, and Microsoft Office applications.

This is probably the best deal I have got from 2019 Thanksgiving. After working from home for almost 5 months, I can say this computer works really smoothly and help me do everything I need to do for my works. Window 10 and touch screen is definitely some new feature for me. But, using the touch screen to sign my documents in PDF, I have never love touch screen so much. I probably have more to explore on the touch screen function though. For memory and processing speed so far, I have not encounter any issues, glitches, or errors when processing my documents. I am a person who work extremely heavily on excel. By what I said about extremely heavily, I mean this computer have been handling 8-12 excels with multiple tabs (2-18 tabs) open at one time on daily basis. Plus, I probably also have PDFs, google chrome windows, and remote platform open at the same time. All the plug-in outputs and USB ports are on the back of the monitor might be a little inconvenient for some people, but the monitor over all is very thin and light. It doesn't give you any trouble to turn around and adjusting angle. Doesn't have the VGA port, but it works really well with al the HDMI connection. Also, build-in camera is working pretty good, which doesn't take any extra space on your desktop. Quality look fine, doesn't seem to have any lagging when I am using software that require webcam. Along with wireless mouse and wireless keyboard included, I would say everything essential you need is pretty much included all in one.

This is the best computer I have ever owned!!! Lightning fast and superb in all points. Cant' say enough wonderful things about it, it does all that expected and more! This slim powerhouse is in constant use in my house for internet, and Microsoft Office applications. I also not sure what others mean by ''noise" so far my PC is quiet and so efficient!

I have used this computer for about a month now, and overall am very happy. It was easy to set up and we haven't had any issues with it at all. I enjoy the speed of the new PC, it boots up pretty fast. I like the ssd for booting up windows and the hdd for storing my documents and pictures. Great machine!

The system is really fast and having a graphics card is a huge plus. You can hear the fan running but its not too loud. If you have content running you wont hear it at all.My biggest concern is the 128 gig SSD. In 2019 most systems offer a 512. Not really a big deal though. I have run Adobe illustrator CC, Fortnite, and my software for T-shirt making and it handles it all without a hiccup. Definitely recommend.

After reading several reviews on various websites about this AIO being noisy, I am wondering if they were reviewing this actual PC. This unit is super quiet, much more than a desktop. Plus its start up speed is amazing with the SSD. The wake-up response is literally only a few seconds. The picture clarity is amazing. Colors are so vivid. The speakers are adequate. I love the pop-up camera - hidden until only needed. Bye bye would be camera hackers. So far no issues with everyday use. Would definitely recommend.

This computer starts up super fast! The look and feel of it is very clean and modern. I love that it does not have a tower box and that it can be used anywhere in my home by simply unplugging the power cord and finding a new outlet. I can live without an onboard CD/DVD drive (although I did buy an external one) but I really wish it had an external speaker port so I could use wired speakers. I could use wireless bluetooth or WiFi speakers but I don't want to spend that much money for speakers when I already have a great wired speaker set.

First time for a all in one and I’m loving it! More room on my desk. Love the speed and all the extras this computer comes with. Not very loud, nice clear picture. Wish the USB and other jacks were positioned in a better, easier to get to place but I can learn to deal with it. They are located on the back of the monitor and I have to move it every-time to get to them, not happy about that. Other than that it’s a nice computer. No problems with it and I hope there won’t be any for a VERY LONG TIME! Windows 10 is a learning experience too, had to update from windows 7 but it’s a nice upgrade. Windows defender is a nice feature to have running all the time.

After some 20 years as an HP user, I made the switch. What got me here....I simple, clean look....but what is going to keep me here, PERFORMANCE! What a Formula 1 race car this is...the SSD gets you going from 0 to start in 8 sec. Asus knows how to set up machine. I love All-In-Ones...compact, less dust collection and the CPU is where you want it....on your desk....virtual borderless display, excellent sound that can be tuned with its on board equalizer. ASUS, you won me over....like a good friend you can rely on!

I have always been a fervent MAC user - and still am - but needed a PC for my layout program. After having an Asus laptop for 8 years, I wanted to stay with Asus and this is my first All-In-One. And it is beautiful. The screen size is just perfect and my program runs on it like a charm. Fast performance and good sound as well. I love the fact that it is not taking any space apart from the screen. I highly recommend this computer, it delivers.

Lightning fast computer that's perfect for streaming movies and online classes. Lightweight and doesn't take up a lot of space so I can move it from school to home. Low glare on the screen. Frictionless movement on the touchscreen so fingers slide with no drag. Beautiful screen resolution. Camera can be hidden from view when not in use to ensure privacy. The only downside is no DVD drive but I don't miss it. The noisy fan can be disabled for quieter performance. Great all-in-one.

Its my first all in one computer. It's easy to use and processing is fast. It does not take up much space.
