We have had this ASUS computer for one month, bought it for my wife which takes lots of pictures and stores them on the computer. So far everything is going well, storage is plentiful, speed is excellent and the clarity from the screen is the best so far. Used to have HP computers and they were so-so, the ASUS Aio is above and beyond other computers for this price. My wife can't be more happier.

I was sad to return this bad boy for an upgrade because of the GPU but however when I did have it, boy was it lightning fast to use, responsive touchscreen, it could handle the games on low/medium settings but if I am going to spend time sitting at a desk vs a couch, I want it to be top tier! this is excellent for 99% of people who don't want to avid game, if this was a tv in your kitchen it would turn heads and be SO fast and it could clearly act as a TV also

My Asus all in one computer is fantastic i love that its also a touch screen as well. It is very fast and easy to use.

I was looking for a AIO that I could also use for Gaming. The ASUS-ZEN fit the bill. Its fast, boots up in seconds and can handle anything you can throw at it. Consumers Reports rates as a recommended buy and it was one of the fastest they have tested. The only thing I dislike is that all the USB ports are on the back. To remedy that I attached a USB extension port to alleviate the problem. I research everything and this is the one I chose over all others.

Fast. Versatile with touch screen. Super responsive. Looks great with nice sleek look and love the color.

I am happy with my purchase now that the fan is no longer running almost constantly. I contacted [email protected] after contacting 3 different online agents with Best Buy Total Tech Support. And here's the reply from the super helpful Asus rep: Access Device Manager: Press Windows+X to open the menu, and choose Device Manager on it. >> Expand Display Adapters-> Double Left Click on your Graphics Card-> Click Driver then Disable. I am now experiencing quiet time at the office. Yea!

Was nervous to purchase new computer, as only know how to turn it on and surf. ;) Guys were great! Even assured me the best buy for my needs was a floor model Asus (brand I'd never heard of) which was hundreds cheaper than brand new and has been the best computer ever had, way faster, sleek, quiet and fast! Oh, and did I mention, it's an all-in-one? Yes! NO tower! Love it!

I bought this for my wife to replace her decade old Gateway which although still working just fine, was un-upgradable. The design of the ASUS is sleek and minimal, very graceful and not clunky looking like some others. It was practically plug and play, and we encountered no difficulties getting it up and running. My wife loves it - it's fast, has great color, and meets all her needs.

This computer has good speed and memory. The only issues i have is that on occasion, if the computer is left on during the night, the next day you hear the fan come on and makes a noise. Once you shut the computer and turn back on, it goes away. Also, i don't like the keyboard that they supply with the computer. It doesn't have a st pad for your wrists that makes it a bit tougher to type.

We purchased ASUS all in one desk top computer for our small family owned HVAC business. We like the large screen. We like the wireless function for the most part. We like the space it saves at the desk. We like the popup camera feature - except it does not seem to want to work for us. We have had to restart many times to get the scanner to communicate with it properly. Seems like after several successful Wifi connected scans - we receive a message that it no longer connected. After hard reset of the desktop - it reconnects. We waited quite a long time to upgrade the business computer. We like all the potential features - but are disappointed with the performance.

Purchased this brand because I have had good experience with it. its reliable, last a log time ( previous computer lasted 5 years). Its very easy to use, because of the slim fit I have more space in y desk (which I love). Overall is one of the BEST purchases I ever done in Best Buy

Great desktop, runs smoothly and gives me a break from my laptop. Comfortable keyboard buttons, space efficient, batteries have lasted well over a year in the mouse and keyboard. Screen size is great for doing work or projects compared to my laptop screen size.

Works really fast, Looks good in silver case. The best part, only two wires, power and router. Mouse and keyboard are wire free. This really cleans up the desk and gets rid of the box under the desk. I've had this a couple of months and just yesterday stumbled onto the touch-screen . Wow!

This computer has everything I needed to work from home. It has great speed and processing and memory. I love the screen size. It seems to me bigger than the 24 inches it comes with. Maybe I’m just spoiled. I didn’t want to buy a new computer but it’s made my life easier! Yay

This was very easy to set up and get my programs installed. Lightning fast startup and program opening with the SSD - love it. The monitor is great. So far I've not found anything that I would change or improve in this computer.

Love the small footprint and minimal bezel. Easy setup. So much faster than my older PC. Quick startup. Handles multitasking with ease. Only issue has been it randomly loses internet connection which none of my other devices do. Guessing this may be a driver issue.

Machine is fast. Good amount of storage present and Geek Squad is great! Purchased Machine recently and just greeting familiar with Window ‘s 10. Compared shopping with HP product. Found Asus better for my requirements.

Very fast nice looking computer. Great improvement over the older very slow HP. Have had this computer for one month and have had no problems. Very easy to set up and use. Wait and watch and buy it at a sale price.

Love this comforter. I wanted something with a large screen that can do it all. This does for sure. Love the slim screen, it’s huge, picture is amazing
