Super sleek, ultra-light, and the OLED screen is just stunning.
With an Intel Core Ultra 7, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD, it’s fast, smooth, and perfect for work or travel.
Highly recommend! #ASUS #Zenbook #OLED #LaptopReview

Opening up the ASUS Zenbook 14, it looks like a standard laptop. They call the shell color "Jasper Gray." There is a minimalist quality to the design. Even the logo on the cover is stylish, yet understated.
Once you open up the unit, however, you will find quite a machine.
Set up was a breeze. The touch screen is responsive to the slightest touch. Colors are fantastic. Keyboard is comfortable (though, I do miss the ten-key pad.) I was able to transfer my files and settings from my previous Asus laptop with no issues.
The machine itself is zippy. Browsers are all responsive.
I was able to register the laptop with ASUS, which alerted me to a new feature, called GlideX. It’s billed as a “cross-device connectivity software.” It allows you to remotely access and control your laptop. The GlideX app is available via the Microsoft App Store, the Google Play store, and the iOS store. I look forward to exploring that further.
I used the laptop for a couple of video meetings that I had this week. The volume was robust and clear. No problems using the camera. Microphone worked great.
I found the battery to last about 24-36 hours on one charge. The unit does not have a charge out of the box, so you will need to charge the laptop before setting it up.
I am very happy with this Zenbook and would recommend it.

Got this as a desktop replacement with the ability to take on travel. Amazing screen, good battery life, and snappy performance all add up to a great little machine. (I wish it was a 2-in-1 design, but otherwise have no reservations.)

This Zenbook 14 inch Touch Screen Laptop has all the major wants of many laptop users today.
It is very sleek and stylish as well as lightweight, which makes it easy to take along a do it all machine for work and pleasure every time that you gotta or wanna hit the road.
It has vivid colors for photos and video display and there was no jitter or distortion while streaming a movie from the internet.
Its fast and very responsive with plenty of storage space on the SSD and enough RAM for the average user or student not doing any heavy duty gaming or RAW format photo processing.
The lighted keypad feature it has is a must for myself, but of course it can be turned off if not needed or desired.
Its touch screen is nice and responsive but not overly sensitive that it would lead to errors when using that feature.
Restoring this PC with features and settings from the last backup of my other laptop through my Microsoft account was a bit of a timesaver on getting this one all set up and ready to use.
Of course the major time eating event was as usual the laptop doing all the required backups and instalation of them. That was about an hour and a half by itself.
My dislikes are few, but I do prefer a keypad and not just a numbers row, but this is only a 14 inch laptop.
But in my opinion Asus missed the opportunity of powering the laptop from either side of the laptop by placing both USBC connections on the same side.
Had they placed on on each side, you would be able to have the cord on the side you wanted and not have to string it around the laptop to reach an outlet.

Computer works as intended. Light and portable. Great for browsing and being on the go. Display and sound are alright and keyboard is a bit small. Overall solid pick. Battery lasts a few hours off charger.

The laptop is very fast and very light weight. It is just right to take to the library for research. And rhe battery last a long time before it needs a recharge.

I bought this Laptop for the purpose of having something more powerful than a tablet to travel with. I love it! i was just planning to use it for documents and video conferences, but it's more powerful than i could expect. I can play games with it, use audio software as well. I knew it was a great laptop, but it's way better than i expected.

I got this laptop for work when it was on sale for $649 AMAZING laptop for that price point, fast processor, good amount of RAM, decent storage size but at least the ssd is upgradeable. OLED display, not 3K but still really good for its price. Extremely happy with it

Excellent lightweight computer with lots of power. I went with ASUS because of Better longevity and a nicer screen than some competitively priced models. Very happy with it!

Best laptop I’ve bought to date. Very lightweight. Fast processor, great display. I am not using this for gaming, but for non gaming I can say this a great pc.

This is probably the best Windows laptop under $ 1,000. I tested a lot of them, and this is the "cleanest" out of the box with no additional useless software installed.
Pros:
Fast processor - This generation of Intel processors is really fast and, in most tasks, better and cheaper than AMD AI7.
Clean Windows - like I mentioned, the only installed app is MyAsus, which you will need anyways to register the warranty, and you can change the settings of the laptop.
I highly RECOMMEND changing the Display from 8 bit to 10-bit in MyAsus app, and also Download the Intel Driver and Assistant app to update all the drivers.
Fan noise is minimal during basic tasks.
Cons:
First is the price. I bought at $750 price but this is still a high price. Compared to Macbook Air m4, which is $800 and is better in every way possible, I can't justify the price. This should be priced at $600 max.
Display
Although this is an OLED screen, you will only notice it in the dark. Viewing angles are not great, and the panel has a green tint to it. And the resolution is not good either because the text is pixelated again compared to the Macbook air.

PC is a good buy. Had a couple gift cards which reduced the price some more. Bought this to run inSSIDer Wifi spectrum analyzer software. Stopped using windows and switched to linux 2018. The notebook is thin, consequently no way to upgrade ram or replace ssd. All soldered on board.
Build quality is great. No issues whatsoever. Spending time debloating windows. It came with Home. Not sure its worth upgrading to pro which can be easily.

I've had the laptop for a week now, and I was thinking about trading it back in for something stronger. But I'm very happy with it. Perfect for me for school, and it can do some very light gaming, it could run Doom Eternal at the lowest specs. The screen is beautiful. The only thing that really bugs me is that the charging ports are both on the right; I wish they were on both sides. The trackpad is also big so there can be palm rejection but hasn't been a problem yet. Get this laptop on sale, its a good deal.

Very smooth, fast and dependable. Lots of great features. Durable outta body as well. Perfect size and light weight for easy movement. Screen is 10/10. Loving it so far.
