I made a research for buying a new laptop and this was the one that after my time dedicated was supposed to be the perfect one for my needs. Best Buy offer it at the best price and service and website were perfect to have it home in less than 48h. And the touchscreen is incredible for this price.

Great hardware, software not so much

Maybe something to do with Asus driver support or preinstalled programs? Tried getting rid of multiple programs but nothing seemed to get rid of the problem permanently. Only happened a few times a week, but still enough to be a big annoyance while working.
