Got this for $650 brand new. The screen is the best part of this laptop, edge to edge and crystal clear. The color accuracy is too notch and to top it all off, it's a matte screen. Viewing angles are insane. The performance is excellent. Ryzen + dedicated GPU means it can handle certain games as well (nothing too hardcore though). The fan can be quite loud, and the keyboard isn't the best, however I still enjoy typing on this. 9/10 overall.

This laptop has met or exceeded every one of my requirements, including speed, ease of use and functionality. Backlit keys are a major plus and SSD hdd has made booting up a breeze. The icing on the cake for me was it's cost - the Zenbook was the lowest priced laptop with all the necessary above listed features. Another thing I really liked at Best Buy - no sales pitch, no hustling, no push in any direction. I played with the computers on display, asked the sales people some questions and they let me make my own decisions. And after picking this computer they informed me of a great return policy (which I did not utilize) and a 10% discount on a future purchase by opening a Best Buy credit card. I am very pleased with my purchase and hope I and my Zenbook have a long and pleasurable relationship.

Plays games really decently, didn't have trouble running League on med/high settings at 1080p 60fps. Prettiest display I've seen on a laptop this price, great for netflix/photo editing! A few bugs make this unbearable at times. Sometimes, the display just turns off. No other way to to turn it back on than to hold power for 10 seconds and to reboot. Sometimes when you wake the laptop from sleep, the fans kick in at 100% forever until you force reboot, again. I thought an update would fix both but that's just not happened.

I bought this laptop for school and so far it works great, the battery life is good and you can even do some light gaming on it as well. I would defiantly recommend this laptop to anyone.

Bought the Zenbook 14 during Black Friday to use it for schooling purposes. The laptop is fast and powerful while being slim and portable. I would recommend this laptop to anyone who needs to buy one for school.

I can't help but love this laptop. Its sleek design makes it look stylish - it's light enough I can travel with it with ease. It's powerful enough for any business tasks I do, the display is good for editing photos or watching movies. My only complaint is that the backlit keyboard is a wee hard to read in some situations - but other than that, I think its great!

This is a nice little laptop. Fast, lightweight, nice clear screen. It's good for gaming, too! I am glad I was able to get it in time for the holidays - I think Best Buy went above and beyond to make the delivery for me! ;-)

Had it already for about a month now. This laptop is quite powerful for how thin it is. It’s a good laptop and does exactly what I need. Only complaint I would say I have is the keyboard lighting. Sometimes depending on lighting in the place your in could be hard to see the keys on the keyboard. I know their is a way to turn backlight on and off but still certain lighting from different angles mess with the view. Other than that no solid complaints that would make me reconsider. Awesome purchase.

This is one my favorite laptops I have purchased. It has really good features for a decent price! The camera quality is good, it has camera unlock, and the image is high quality.

Love this laptop!it's very fast and gas the best way to shop online by automatically looking for online coupons. I get free antivirus and the laptop is small enough to carry with me wherever I go.

Nice size, nice speed. Touch pad is not too sensitive. I wish it had more standard sized usb ports. So, a usb c hub may be necessary to have more than 2 items plugged in. The 256 gb solid state drive can be upgraded, but the ram cannot be. I do not understand why ASuS decided to limit the ram on this machine - If you could add more ram, this could be made into a powerhouse. The additional Graphics Card is a bonus, which may allow you to play games without heavy requirements.

Nice small laptop. But the lights on the key aren’t very well lit and are hard to see, but everything else is nice!

small in size, fast and reliable only issue is keyboard back light. Keyboard backlight does not sync with keyboard color.

This PC is very lightweight and easy to set up (even for a very non-technical person like me). It has enough memory to hold a LOT of photos and videos, and seems good for general purposes like filing taxes, storing records, using social media, and the like. I would think it would be useful as well for a side/supplementary personal business.

Bought this is for my son so he could be online for school. Everything is great in terms of speed, weight, screen, battery. The one thing is you have to turn the fan on to whisper mode otherwise it’s loud.

Impressed with this laptop. Looks and feels more expensive than it is. Light and fast. Perfect for office work for my wife, and I can even do some light gaming on weekends due to a dedicated GPU.

Awesome laptop for my college freshman. Great speed and ease of use. Only nitpick is the fan runs pretty constantly but that is prob due to the slender profile

Son is very happy with his new laptop. Only issue is the charger cord for it is very short for a laptop and the battery when fully charged doesn’t last as long as our other 2 laptops we own. However, that’s my fault for not reading the specs for it before making the purchase. Great price and operates so much better for him when he plays his online games.

GREAT LAPTOP! The price is low, the specs are comparable to pricier laptops, and the size is nice and compact. It is stylish too. As far as gaming goes, it played Fortnite somewhat well.
