I an a grad student and bought this laptop for school. I’ve had it for about a month and I love it. It has been performing excellently, the touch screen is responsive, the finger print sensor has been great and accurate, the battery life is phenomenal, and I love how thin and light it is. A couple technical things I don’t love is how I need to press and hold the Fn key to adjust basic things like brightness or volume (there are volume buttons on the side but it’s right next to the power button so kinda risky). But these are minor things and overall I love my laptop!

This is my second Asus laptop and third Asus Product (I also have a tablet by Asus). I must say this laptop is amazing. It's fast, the screen is very bright, the backlit keyboard makes working in dim lit spaces a breeze and the fingerprint reader is spot on! The laptop is light and made of premium materials. I only wish it had a Thunderbolt 3 connection as well. However, you can't go wrong getting this 2-in-1 laptop!

I had an Asus Q502 2-in-1 that worked very well for me through 4 years of grueling use during grad school. I knew I wanted something with that kind of seamless 2-in-1-like functionality that also had a shot at lasting as well. Battery life and longevity matter to me as well. As far as these descriptors go, I was convinced with my first, and am impressed so far with this Asus. It has good screen size for the frame, and the display is clear and bright. The Harman Kardon audio is a great addition for me. Having a solid state drive is awesome (!), and I couldn't wait to not have the wait of a HDD during boot, etc. This would be perfect for a student or most business professionals, and short of serious gaming or graphics-heavy work, I believe this to be a capable machine. Time will tell, but I'm convinced thus far (had it for about a month).

This laptop is fast, reliable, and easy to use. I like the tablet feature, I don't have a stylus (yet) but it responds well to my finger. The backlit keyboard is great and the screen resolution is perfect. It does get a little warm/fan kicks on when I am on a video call, browsing multiple tabs, and running multiple programs - but it's not really an issue. Overall, I really like this laptop and it's perfect for my work at home right now.

The Asus ZenBook process tasks and downloads fast. It is a good laptop for work and/or college. It is an Energy Saver- Energy Star. It is thin enough like a notebook to fit in your tote. The only flaw I see with this laptop is that the surface is slippery.

For starters, this laptop came in with a piece by the USB port bent. The lag on this laptop is the worst that I have every experienced. I click the down button and I have to give it AT LEAST two seconds to respond, same with typing on new pages. It seems that every thing that can lag does lag. The keyboard is backlit but barely so I do not find it very helpful. The exterior looks nice and smooth but when you open it and look at the screen and the keyboard it does not seem as quality. It has a finger scanner which is cool. The layout looks old to me and it does not seem like the price tag matches the quality of the product provided. It seems like more of an $800 laptop.
