This laptop is very responsive and doesn’t have a hard time with 3D modeling software and college applications. Only downside is the ScreenPad, at least in my case, it turned off unexpectedly many times, and couldn’t be turned back on unless restarted. But overall, nice laptop.

Light weight, excellent display, and fastest-booting laptop ever! (8 seconds) however, the touchpad is too complicated to be useful and even gets in the way of my usual gestures. I returned it, reluctantly, due to the touchpad issues. But it was quite a good deal at $1200.

Laptop has an excellent screen and build quality. Only negative would be the speakers as they fire directly downward.

I really like this laptop. It has a ton of features on it: 4k touch screen, Nvidia Graphics, media touch pad, crystal clear 15.6 in screen, and fast processor. My only complaint is that touch pad is too big.

Great bang for your buck hardware. Screenpad is nice but can be glitchy. I've done multiple full format and reinstalls and they still persist. Recently ASUS released a good amount of driver updates seems to be better.

I bought my zenbook pro a little while ago. Has a good battery life, its light and it has everything except no face recognition. And camera quality is a little poor.

So far it's been fast and very sturdy. The screen open close mechanism is strong.

Love this laptop! It's sleek, and can game (Skyrim SE works well on it). Pretty good for running code as well, although to make the most of it and use all its cores you need to take extra steps in Python (which I've not done yet). Very light as well. I don't use the touch pad much, but I set a galaxy cluster as the image which is pretty cool too.

The laptop is beautiful, that's kind of where it stops. As your setting up windows you have to wait a while, this is when Asus is downloading all the useless bloatware to the laptop. You finally get access to Windows, and the touchpad doesn't work properly. If you use Asus option to update the software and drivers, it says everything is up to date, but go to their website and you'll see everything is outdated. The touchpad is glitchy, sometimes it stops working all together and you have to restart the computer. That's just not acceptable, the touchpad should never stop working, its an essential part of the laptop. You can't apply your own background to the touchpad either, even though Asus says you can. Also, the sound maxes out at 50%, you can't listen to it at 100%, this is a shared problem with most users (check the forums), and Asus blamed Microsoft for the issue. The battery life is a joke about 2.5 hours. Oh and if you want to experience the picture quality back when flip-phones were popular, just open the camera app and see it for yourself. For a device that carries this premium price, it should include a top notch camera. This laptop is a failure, ASUS should take better pride in their products.

I was looking for a laptop that could handle Adobe Creative Suite applications. I found it in this laptop. I am very happy with my purchase.

Computer is beautiful. Set up was lighting fast and computer talks you through the entire process. Also the track pad display is a really great feature. As a professional photographer she can now dump her photos in a couple of minutes instead of waiting for hours.

The laptop was good, I really liked the laptop but what ruined it for me and ultimately caused me to return it is the horrible webcam. It was my fault for not noticing it but it has a VGA webcam which looks very bad, worse than my 5 year old phone. For an expensive laptop you would expect them to have a decent webcam.
