Overall, this is a great laptop, despite there not being enough USB ports. However, after a year and a half of use I started receiving a "New CPU Installed" error every time I restarted my computer despite never installing a new CPU. I was told there was some sort of error with the motherboard or CPU. This computer is only used for school and home use and never leaves my house. Being outside of the warranty its going to cost more than a new computer.

The product is awesome and I am very happy to have this one. I was looking for a highly powerful laptop for my work at lower price and this one has fulfilled my desire. Thanks best buy to lowering the price.

A Great computer! It is fast and has a great display. Bought it for work and let me tell you it runs so smoothly! The video card/graffics is amazing! The hard drive is a plus compared to my MacBook I rather use this one. The only reason I’m giving a 4 starts is the sound is not what I was expecting but besides that great quality laptop. Good range of ports Compact, premium design Solid performance CPU performance. Awesome OLED!!

Overall a good laptop but it does have some flaws. The specs are great for the price. Ryzen 9, 16gb of RAM, OLED screen and under 5lbs. Its also very sturdy. The power to multitask and run tasking programs is there with room to spare. Where is loses the most points is the sound. I owned a 13in zenbook that is louder at 50% than this one is at 100%. I get that there needs to be some size choices with all the hardware packed into it the case but the screen and sound just don't match. The next one is the sharp edge at the bottom of the screen when opened. A great stylistic choice for a design cue but it makes it less of a laptop with sharp edges in digging into your thighs. I would be another zenbook book but not i would test the sound before taking it home.

I wasn't too thrilled with this laptop. It did have a good build quality and a really striking OLED screen and while the tech specs don't make this a laptop I'd recommend for gamers it can definitely hold it's own for less demanding titles or some 1080P video/photo editing. My biggest issue was the Wi-Fi chip with it. I live in a 1100 sq foot single story two bedroom condo and the router is on the opposite end in my partners room, this laptop could barely connect to it and when it did the signal was a snails pace. I've never had any other devices have such an issue, including my previous laptop which was older this then one and considerably underpowered by comparison. I suppose if you live in a smaller home or happen to be right next to your router the wireless signal should be fine but for me it was unusable and I had to exchange it a day or two later. Giving it three stars as everything else was of decent quality and it's not a *bad* device per se, just wasn't the right one for me.

Very nice, well built. The screen is fantastic. Keyboard layout is good and I like the ASUS hinged lid opening. One nit is that it does not have a backlight keyboard despite the specs listed. Since I use it primarily with a docking station with a desktop keyboard and mouse that's not generally an issue for me, but it was a surprise when I started using it. Nice amount of storage and with the separate graphics RAM, 16 GB ram is solid. ASUS is generally light on ports which is why I use a docking stations at home to connect the peripherals I want. Windows 11 is another story but that's a different review. I'd buy this one again.

I purchased this laptop because I have been disappointed with HP battery life time and time again. This computer was definitely an upgrade in every way. Quality and excellent battery life. The HP battery would last just long enough to get out of the warranty. Terrible company. I highly recommend ASUS. Overall a more study and quality product.

A Great computer! It is fast and has a great display. I have not had any issues with the battery power. However, that usually doesn't start until the battery has aged. There is only one thing I would change about the computer; it has only one USB port. I had to buy a USB hub to accommodate my needs.

Good computer for gaming. Meets all hardware requirements. I wish it had more usb ports (only one) and better wifi connectivity (can't grab a connection from the distance of other pc's and mac's in my home. I had to purchase an extender just for this laptop.

Used for 3 weeks and it's running good. Performance and graphics is the real pros on this laptop.

The picture quality on this was way better than I expected. This laptop is very fast, great battery life, and has a great sharp picture. I can play xbox with the xbox app and the gameplay is flawless. I personally recommend amd external mouse, as I am not a fan of the touch pad

Laptop is a great value. The specifications are high end. Purchased on sale. Keyboard feels great and is readable. Some other brands keyboard did not hit these marks. We have another Asus that is a few years old and it has been very reliable.

The video card/graffics is amazing. The touch screen is so nice, and reacts perfectly. Hard drive is a great size. Just the perfect laptop.

Great performance! I4.0 data management and analytics. It also provides very useful insights into how creating analysis is done and adapting.

Quick and crisp with all functions. Graphics are stellar and have yet to see any dip in performance when gaming or multitasking. Very portable and excellent for a do-all, gaming capable laptop.

Really good laptop overall, it runs a few games smoothly as well as keeps a decent amount of files

So far, so good! I chose this laptop primarily to use for graphic design projects and has worked as expected up to this point. Would recommend.
