Perfect Ultrabook for Work

Huge upgrade over the XPS13 i've been using for the last 5 years. The Screen is breathtaking, the build quality is top notch, and the Intel Evo Certified architecture makes this laptop a dream. 3:2 ratio screen at 3300:2200 resolution is perfect for my work. - AutoCad 2021 runs smooth - Complex Spreadsheets with Macros also run smooth - Inventor 2021 runs smooth The Thunderbolt 4 ports integrate seamlessly with a Dell Dock for plugging into a workstation and charging.

Then it crashed, sent in for repair and lost 3 weeks using it. As so as I got it back the same thing but I lost 4 weeks the send time. As soon as I got it back it crashed again. Customer service sucks and I’m trying to get some compensation but nothing. For your own sanity DO NOT buy!!!

Laptop that has it all!

It’s powerful and at the same time has a long lasting battery. This combination was hard to find, but important since I am starting college. It is also very light so I will have no problem carrying it around campus in my backpack. The sound is impressive for such a thin laptop and the screen ratio is great (screen goes to the edges so there is no wasted space!) I would highly recommend this laptop!

Failed in less than 3 months

There was no notice, it just will not power back on. It is no longer under the limited Best Buy warranty, so we will attempt to reach out to Asus for support/replacement. Basic computing and web surfing. Not used for anything bulky or potentially draining on the system.

Samsung sucks compared to Asus.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect laptop. I honestly believe Asus has become the go computer/tech gear manufacturer. This laptop is perfect. It literally starts in a blink of an eye and is so fast its ridiculous. The 1TB Intel M.2 SSD makes all the difference. And the screen I'm not sure could be matched. Perfect laptop unless your planning on gaming and then I think it would do well. Samsung used to be my favorite but since their TV's and monitors only last a year i will be going Asus and Dell from now on.
