I ordered online and picked up at Best Buy Fairlakes, Fairfax,VA. My son is very happy and satisfied with this Asus Laser phone. When he opened the box, it was missing the Asus Zen earbud, and i have to spend more money for him to get a Skullcandy earbud that s why i minus 1 star. Anyway, this phone looks great.

This phone is great. I never heard of Asus phones but when I saw this one I was intrigued. It's really beautiful and the curved glass adds to it. The camera is quick to focus and I the shutter speed is fast for consecutive photos with good resolution back and front. Fingerprint scanner, spin metal buttons, glass has not scratched a bit and I don't use a protector. This is just a great phone.

Frequently compared to iphone. Good camera quality even though it freezes sometimes. Love fingerprint sensor on the back.

It is good for this price, works great until now. BACK button not there in the display, only off the display which is the only concern I have.,

I purchased this phone online and received it last night. I opened the shipping box this morning to wrap as a gift for my girlfriend and noticed the factory box was not sealed. I looked inside to find the phone without a factory screen protector, no headphones or a sim removal tool included. I double checked the ad on BestBuy's website and could not find anywhere that this phone is an open box or used phone but it clearly is used with missing accessories. The phone is dirty with finger prints as well.

I love my phone, it has all the toys that the high dollar phones have at less than half the price.

For the price it is the best phone money can buy using it with T-Mobile.

Bought this phone with great expectation.. the camera performed very badly.. we took a recording of our daughter's performance and when we shared it ... the audio lagged behind the video. Contacted customer care and they told us to use another camera app... but then still not clear. The phone also became very slow after a few days of use. Had to return it.

Great phone and great specs. I would recommend this phone because of the fingerprint feature.

I bought this one for my mom and she loves it! Fast, responsive and enough storage for photos ans videos!

A very decent phone for the price. Has been a good handy device with good performance for simple usage. Recommended for average daily users.

Its a good device, but honestly I didn't like that it doesn't have customize navigation bar.

I enjoy this product worked fine as iPhone. All future are there what u need on smart phone.

It's practically perfect. I wanted very specific features, and it has them all. I'm still struggling a little with figuring out how to change certain notifications, and app behavior, but otherwise I'm loving it. It's mostly very user friendly.

this item is overall good item. It serves the purpose of my needs.
