This is a great phone to purchase to break away from phone contracts. Nice camera and fast speed. This phone is perfect for all of my calling, texting, surfing, and photo needs.

I like ASUS brand and I have been using ASUS brand cell phone for the last one year without any issue. Based on my trust I have bought this particular one for a gift. It's of fingerprint censor which prevent unauthorized users, camera is of a high power. I can say that it has all the good features.

This phone is great all around. The cameras are great and the system is perefect! I live how I'm always up to date too! The phone automatically goes through system updates. I love that this phone is a mix of a phone and computer in one it makes it more effective than the leading phone brand. I have been looking for a brand that I like in phones that isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg and I fell in love with Asus after giving them a try! It's the best phone I've ever had that hasn't crapped out on me in half a year.

I have been using this as my primary phone for the past 4 months. Although it only has a Snapdragon 630 I have never noticed any lag - thanks to the 4GB RAM. I don't play many games but have installed over 100 apps and often have several of them open. The wide angle cameras bring a wow factor. My main gripe is the main cameras do not do well in low light situations. The selfie cameras are great. My other gripe is that is still runs Nougat but there are rumors that a Pie update is coming soon.

This phone has awesome features great speed, plenty of space and a great camera.

Love this phone and the look of it. even though the first one totally blanked out on me the first few days i took it back and got the same one back. Camera is awesome i especially love the pro version where you can adjust manually.

This phone is very terrible. It always draining power like crazy(even you have less apps), and it has 3,300 MAH. Also its specifictions is very poor and old like qualcomm snapdragon 630, adreno 508 of 506(thats really old), Android nougat 7.1, and most of all its camera quality .The sound has 2 bars but one is working, the phone is very hot. I was running pubg mobile on this i have to put my graphics to the lowest setting and yet it still lags. The notifications don't notify you at all times like clash of clans won't tell me i was under attack. The UI or HUD is very basic looking. And when you shut off your phone it looks very basic as well no cool animations. The last thing i gotta say is when asus was developing this, they rushed the development just to meet the release date. After the release date they don't care about upgrading the operating system to 8.1 because of fast battery drain. I got this phone since September 2018. I highly don't recommend this phone to gamers if you want fast/smooth gameplay. I highly don't recommend this phone to people who always take a picture or videos since you're gonna have bad quality. But i highly recommend this phone to old people. Is there anything good or upside about this phone? yeah. The battery charger charges the phone so fast also the phone has a storage of 64gb just enough for you to do something and the phone comes with a case.

Mobile camera Quality is awesome. Sometime hanging is there , for that i have to restart the mobile to make it work. After restart its works fine. Not sure this is because of the Apps installed or OS issue.

Asus ZenFone works great. It’s not like Samsung or iPhones if you’re expecting it to work like that. It’s basically worth what you paid for. However, the camera is great. I would say the quality is like Samsung and iPhones, maybe, even better. The phone does everything the phone is supposed to do. It downloads things in a timely manner and functions well.

This phone has so many great features and a sleek finish. It even comes with a case. The dual sim card and dual camera features are great. Operation is straight forward, and photos are excellent. Fantastic deal for the price.

Much better than paying my normal 800 to 1000 for a new phone. This is basically the same thing minus the 128 gig im used to that came with my other phones. I remedied that by getting a 128g memory card.. hello. This phone has 2 sim card slots so you can have 2 different phone numbers with one phone. Lots of great features. I like it a lot.

One of the main reasons I chose to buy this phone was Oreo 8.0. Unfortunately it's running 7.1.1 and there is no update in sight!

Instead of paying over $700 ++ for a premium phone I purchased this Asus 5Q smartphone that has everything you want in a phone and more without that high price, great screen, great sound, great cameras 4 by the way, lots of internal space and RAM, and quite fast for all apps. No complaints save your money for more important things since in another 2-3 years we would like to get another phone but you cannot bet the ASUS brand quality. I am very happy my best phone up to date beats any I phone or Samsung heads down.

For the price it's a pretty good phone, it has alot of space 64Gb. The camera is alright but could be improved.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best phone I've purchased so far for this price. Overall, this phone is amazing for its price ($300). You really can't ask for more given that. When you first open this phone, you can see the 2.5D glass screen and back. It makes the realistically resemble a premium, flagship phone. You also notice that the phone comes with the standard charger, a silicone case, complementary earbuds and the little "pick" for opening the microSD/ nano sim card tray. After setting up and using for a while, I believe this phone is worth your money, even though it does have its negatives. Nevertheless, these negatives are nothing if you consider what this phone has to offer! Let's take a look at the pros and cons. PROS (too many to list): 1) It has an excellent screen size plus a beautiful, vivid screen display with the 1080x2160 resolution display! 2) This has quad cameras with DUAL flash (hard to find on these budget phones)! 3) The Qualcomm Snapdragon 630/ Octa-core 2.2GHz processor makes the phone stunningly fast! 4) The 3,300 mAh battery with power saving modes makes the phone last really long. 5) High storage compacity: 64 GB onboard storage! 6) The 4GB of RAM also adds to the phone's fast reactions and fast operation. And many more! CONS (to me, these are not as important): 1) There is no USB-C charging (I don't use too much of the battery on a daily basis, therefore I don't need fast charging) 2) This phone runs stock Android Nougat (7.1.1). 3) Camera in low lighting is a little bit poor, however, there is a trick to using that camera in low lighting; just play around with the camera in low lighting for a few days just as I did and you will find a trick(s) that will make low lighting photos great! And that's all the major cons! All in all, this phone is incredible for its price. For $300, the specifications for this phone are usually not found on budget level phones. For instance, 4GB of RAM with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor is usually not found on a phone this inexpensive. Also, quad cameras with dual flash are usually not found in this price range either.
