I got the lowest-cost version of this, and it's worked out well so far. Apps auto-synched during intialization, but I did add some Android wear apps for more functionality. I use it to send quick text messages via voice, control spotify, count steps via Google Fit and look at updates. Oh yeah - and use it for a watch. Drawbacks: it sometimes mysteriously looses bluetooth connection to my phone (Nexus 6p). Not sure if it's the phone or the watch, but re-connection sometimes requires a re-start of the watch.

If you are in the market for a smartwatch, this is as good as any others starting at double the price. The watch is simply a bargain

This watch is great. It has all the same hardware and software as the other android watched at half the cost.

I have owned a few Android ware watches and this is one of the best. The speaker really gives it the Dick Tracy feel. I bought 4 of these for my employees after I had owned one. If you like a square watch, buy this. If you want round, buy moto360 2nd gen

I am in IT so I am constantly checking my phone for emails. It is great to be able to just look at my watch to determine what is a priority. Light weight nice screen, and I love the fact that you can change the screen displays. Excellent Battery! I can't imagine why anyone would need to spend more for one unless you absolutely need a heart rate monitor.

Even as a guy with many analogue watches, I wanted a smartwatch, and waned it running Androidwear. This is my second smartwatch - the first was a different brand which I returned for various reasons. Don't see myself wanting to return this one at all. With the new updates to the software, it has been running beautifully. Love the idea of being able to change the watch face at a moments notice and I also love the fact that there are many, many watch faces that look amazing on the watch made by the user community. I pair this watch with my AT&T LG G3 running Android 6.0 and haven't had any problems with disconnects or anything really. I use this watch to control music, the app I use for walking 6 or more miles and pretty much anything on my phone. You could say that this watch is simply a remote control for my phone but that is really what I wanted. I bought this one because of price and the software it runs. Yes, the bezels could be a bit smaller to make the screen larger but it's not a big deal for me. Also like the fact that I can get a quick answer to a question from Google and send a quick email or text with the watch. I haven't made a call with the watch simply because I don't see the point. It's also a bonus that the strap can be easily changed with with quick release bar. Love the strap that came with the watch and it's a very comfortable wear but the ability to change the strap easily with ALMOST any other 22mm strap made me very very happy. All in all, I'm happy with the make, the look and feel plus the software. I say go for it, if you are looking for a non expensive Androidware smartwatch.

I bought it for my husband, and he just loves it!! Definitely recommend, it's a great watch/gadget and now he gets reminders on his wrist, which helps us out a lot!

Please note that the newer version of android youre running the more functions and features will be enabled on this watch so you should upgrade to the newest android version possible to fully use this watch to its true potential. The Face designer app is awesome. I didn't give this watch 5 stars as it would need to have a slightly sturdier glass for that, if sapphire were available as it is on regular watches that would be ideal. I also wish slightly more realistic faces were available. Other than that an excellent item for the price ans highly recommended for android users. I can't speak for iPhone as I prefer android.

Watch does what is advertised as for iPhone functionality, notifications. It has a few simple features such as stopwatch, Google translate, etc. There are some instances where sync is an issue which can resolve itself. Battery life is about a day to day & half depending on use.

First watch received resulted in an infinite boot loop after installing an update. Returned to Best Buy and was ordered and replaced within a week. New watch has met all expectations. I was initially hesitant to get a smartwatch but for the entry level price of the Zenwatch 2 I figured it was low risk. I've had quite a few people ask me if it was an Apple watch so it must look great! The speaker/microphone combo are great for talking literally hands free. I don't see a need to upgrade to a different smartwatch, this one meets all my needs at this time.

Much better than the Gear Neo 2 I had before this, would've given it 5 stars if the battery lasted longer (I get 1-2 days depending on use). Great watch, I couldn't recommend it more if you don't want to spend $200-300.

This watch does everything I need it to and more. Love that I can answer my phone and talk without digging my phone out of my purse. It is on the big side for a woman, but just getting a few other more feminine colored watch bands helped "feminize" it a bit. Had originally gotten the smaller ASUS and found out that one didn't have the speaker so couldn't answer the phone so I returned it and got this one. Would definitely recommend.

You really can't go wrong with the ZenWatch 2. It has the same processor and ram as the Moto 360. Sure it's missing a heart rate sensor but it was an easy sacrifice to make. There are tons of watch faces that Asus pre installs and being as it's Android wear there are tons more faces. Bands are universal with 22mm bands. Build quality is nice and battery life is fantastic.

I found this watch to be a great value for the price. Once Android Wear is updated to allow use of the built in speaker it will be an exceptional value.

The Zenwatch 2 is well made, and works smoothly. It's style is definitely noteworthy. I like the watch. Expecting Wear 2.0 update to make it even better. The inbuilt mic seems to have an issue. I am sure it will be taken care of by customer care. A friend owns a Zenwatch 2 and his has no mic issue.
