This was given as a gift for Christmas to my hubby. Per the husband... Great android gadget that syncs flawlessly with my phone and all my other apps. Battery life seems great so far, and it's very comfortable. Not disappointed!

I purchased this watch because I have an on-call job that requires me to respond quickly to text messages. I didn't like constantly taking my phone out to check non urgent text messages, especially when I was with other people; I feel that always looking at your phone is rude and inpersonal. This watch allows me to quickly check the message on my wrist without having to take my phone out of my pocket; if it is urgent then I can step to a quiet spot and respond appropriately. I also love the feature that let's me know when I left my phone; this keeps me from driving away from home without my phone in my pocket.

Asus did a great job of combining functionality, performance, and incredible looks into a light weight and affordable package. I highly recommend this watch to anyone who want's all the function without the price tag.

The watch fits good, looks good and works well. The battery works all day. I think it is one of the best looking android watches out there..not too big and bulky.

I've worn, used the 360, LG, Pebble, Samsung, Sony, and things like the Fitbit & Misfit. The Zen smokes them all. The Jawbone app is sweet. Perfect for business as it dresses up well. Love it!

This is the best looking android smartwatch. It has a sleek and elegant look and is not as bulky as the moto 360.
Apart from looks it works like any other android smartwatch.
2 cons: the bluetooth range is quite limited. The watch gets disconnected if I move more than 12-15 ft away from the phone.
Also the position of the heart rate monitor is weird and it gives inaccurate readings sometimes. However, I don't use it much.

Overall, very happy with the watch--had compared it with the LG Watch R, but the quality of the Zenwatch just felt superior. Many new apps and features have been updated in past two months to make it even better. My only complaint would be the battery life - must charge overnight, and would like to have ambient sensor built in.... watch can get distracting at night... even at lowest setting.

This watch is good for users who like style along with some rectangular watch features. It is easy to use but for some reason I felt it still doesn't beat apple iwatch. Perhaps it was the lack of iPhone compatibility ...

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He's had so much fun discovering everything this watch can do. He did have to get a new phone to use it though.

Battery life is good, still learning how to use and take advantage of the watch, but it's pretty cool. Replaced the band with a silicone driver band from Amazon.

Good battery life.
A lot of customization for the watch style.
Decent audio quality. I wish it was aptX capable.
Screen seems to lag a bit in reaction time.

You get very used to it right away. The extra blue tooth connection is cool. Wonder how well that will work with blue tooth buds. It is missed it had to be sent back to the manufacturer because it started to reboot and vibrate all of the time. Hopefully this is just a bad watch. A web search seems to indicate that this happens occasionally. Wonder if it is because it is being paired with a Nexus 6. Still recommended.

Only complaint is it is unreadable in sunlight. (Common for android watches.) Vibration alerts let me keep alerts and ringtones low, and glancing at my watch for call/message details lets me know what's up. I was able to pick a display large enough to easily read without my glasses for daily use, but can quickly change it if I want. Phone disconnect lets me know if I'm leaving my phone behind with a vibration.

The watch function is great. The problem is that it doesn't seem to work with any of the apps that are on my phone (HTC ONE M8) for tracking my walks / bike rides etc. It actually interferes with the apps when I try to just launch them on the phone and makes them uselessly inaccurate. When I called ASUS to see if they were planning to integrate better with any of about a dozen apps that I use, they said they had no future plans to integrate with any of them. That makes it just a really nice watch with lots of options for the face, but not worth the money.

I was not a fan of smart watches because I didn't really see the need. I didn't want to read text messages on such a small screen and the tracking of my steps didn't really appeal to me. However, this watch provides some functionality that I did need; vibration notification for text messages and phone calls, stock ticker and the ability to use Google talk (i.e. speak 'Starbucks closest to me'). I was also able to find numerous bands and watch faces.
