A multi line phone with a headset jack for those long calls. TThe switch allows the headset to remain plugged in when not in use.

I like this phone a lot it is easy to use and program. I really like the intercom feature. Rocomend to anyone that uses this type.

The phone is good. I don't know why caller ID does not work though.

Good system for a small business with up to 4 lines. I didn't need all the features at the time of install but I'm glad to know they are available in case I need them in the future.

I'm disappointed that it does not have caller id. I have thought about returning it for a phone that does have it. Other than that, it has all of the features I need to work.

Was using a 4-line panasonic system for 15 years,I hate change,especially involving something as important as the phone to my biz. Also very superstitious about these kinda things. Very happy ending to story...love the phone,staff loves them and they keep ringing(biz wise).

If you have a digital system then you can't use this phone, if it is analog it will work, so be sure to check before you buy. I had to return mine for that reason. I would have enjoyed it, had it worked for me.

Bought this phone based on Best Buy info on line. It does not have caller ID as advertised. Unable to use with current phone system, so I had to return it, Rating based upon experience.

Clear sound. I use it everyday worth the money Totally love it

It broke after a year of use do not buy this brand its expansive and not worth the money

good multi line professional phone for a small office

I have used the older version of this phone in my office since 2005 and have had very good luck with it. We have three lines and use it a lot for conferencing. I have recom,emded this phone to several small business clients too. We have the phone without voice mail and use www.allcalltechnologies.com for the voice mail to email and auto-attendant.

This is one of the best phones I have purchased for my home business. It has all the features I need especially the clarity around the conference calls. I highly recommend this phone for a home office or small office.

I bought another phone because my last (similar) model had sticking buttons after 3 years. This phone's buttons stick after just one week. Otherwise it is fine.
