Customer Ratings & Reviews

Phone supposedly to block unauthorized and unknown calls, but, I have yet too get it too wk. Would not suggest one too purchase this phone. Value in my opinion is only as good if product works as promise.

Great Phones. Perfect coverage in a 30x80 home from end to end. Thanks BB.

it works great. The system was easy to set up. Reception is good

I purchased this phone to replace another ATT Phone. The phone is reliable, clear, has great range, and the block button is fantastic. No more of those unwanted and robo calls that still manage to get through the do not call registry. I bought this one because it is wall mountable. I am not sure why the wall mount adapter continues to be this huge and unsightly thing, but it gets the job done in order to mount it on the wall. Just know that it will protrude on the back side of the phone like something odd. My previous phone had the caller ID announced by the master base. It seems that ATT cut back that feature on this set, while everything else, including the ringtones, are exactly the same as the previous phone. I couldn't find another set with the announced caller ID, so I think they should have kept it. It helps to know who is calling in case you do not want to go take a look at the phone. Overall good with those couple of drawbacks.

I like this phone system. The numbers are large and easy to use. The information center is informative .This system also has a beep to let you know you have a message. This was an excellent choice for me!!!!

The phone systems I purchased work very well so far. There are a lot of options. However, the instructions for the different features are very difficult to follow. I do like the call block and plan to attempt to try the other features.

This is the ONLY device that absolutely, unconditionally, blocks all robo and marketing calls to a landline before the phone even rings. Smart Call Block can be set to play a computer-generated voice message asking unknown callers to hit # to be connected. Otherwise, the phone will not ring and they will be disconnected. I need to keep my old-school, copper wire home landline because of poor cell service, but unstoppable robo calls had forced me to turn off the ringer and send all calls to an answering machine. I had tried every call screener on the market. This is the only one that actually works. It also has excellent voice quality and range, and is easy to set up and use. I purchased the three handset system along with a fourth handset about a year and a half ago.

I like the product fine, however it does not announce the caller when it rings, and when the caller is leaving a message, it will not allow me to enter the call to talk to them. Takes some getting used to but other than that, I like it just fine.

Love the size, color, range seems good I got out to my pool patio and talk no problems, everything is pretty easy to understand and love the Block button, much better then my other set. Most of all Loved the wonderful service at Best Buy came in said needed help wonderful employee that did not really handle that department helped us extensively we were very impressed.

Replaced a nearly identical product that had lasted about 15 years (and only did so because I could not get new batteries). This works well and has a few nice features that the old model did not.

Battery life is great and the speaker ringer is loud when you want it to be Reception and clarity is great

Great phones and they are very easy to set up. The phone has a lot of features and the sound quality is very good.

Product was easy to set up. The base and two satellite receivers all work fine. I bought this because our landline (cable) quit functioning through the house wiring for phones and I needed a option that didn't require that. This system solved the issue that the cable company could not. I would recommend.

Call blocking works great. Easy to set up and clear sound. It took a little bit to figure out how to keep the ringer volume down. I just had to set the day and time on handset number 1 and the it automatically did it for the other 2 handsets. So far we are liking them.

Easy set up and works well as a replacement Good reviews.

Scenario: You have cut your landlines but keep missing calls at home and have to play "telephone tag" since you don't carry your cell phone around in your house/apartment wherever you are or cannot hear your cell phone's ring. This Bluetooth compatible handset (comes in 2 or 3 handsets packages) will ring and alert you of that call. If you still have an analog or DSL land line than the base station allows you to connect to that. You can pair a Bluetooth headset to the system according to the instructions. The only drawback is that only TWO separate cell phones can be paired at a time to the base station. Setup is quick but read the instructions. Pairing the cell phones is easy (select phone 1 or 2 and it will detect that phone, Transfer of your phone number list is also easy). Text messaging is NOT detected only voice phone calls. You can also use the handsets in lieu of using your cell phone, so if your cell phone is in another room or floor, you do not have to run but pick up the handset instead. Can use handset to make outside calls too (cell phone of course must be powered up and in "range" of handset. Can set up to 6 rings before the automatic answering kicks in. Handsets need at least initially 12 hours to fully charge then can last a few days without recharge or kept plugged in. Could not find anything compatible at the competition and what was available was more "expensive". Did not want to buy something online then have to go through the "hassle" of returning it but picked it up from the brick and mortar location to "look it over". Initially bought the 2 handset pack then found the 3 handset in stock and decided to cover 3 rooms for around $19+ more. You can add more handsets if needed but only TWO cell phones can be linked at a time (must replace one cell phone number with another) Like any review, what is "excellent", "good", "fair" etc. to me may not be the same to you or your circumstances. For me this worked so I did not miss important phone calls. It does verbally warn of "Unknown Caller" if that number is not on transferred phone numbers from your paired call phone(s)

This is a great phone set and very easy to set up. I would and have recommended to family and friends.

Very good phone, love that it has 3 additional phone receivers! Easy to use, great reception!!

I'm getting accustomed to all the options & features - probably more than I need - that could be more user friendly but ultimately pose no poblem. My old eyes appreciate the expanded size and good contrast & clarity of the keys and especially the screens. I wasn't looking for a 4th handset but I'm glad to have it. The clear & reliable communication (which is, after all, its main purpose & function) is a nice upgrade over my old phone.

AT&T 3-handset answering phone system- excellent product. Programmed to screen and eliminate robo and scam calls is working perfectly. My home quiet now compared before this purchase. I recommend it.
