I purchased this handset to replace my 7 year old AT&T set that was working fine, to ungrade to new features that were not available on my old set. Voice quality and cell range very good. Plug and play. Setup date and time, answering message and several other features, follow the easy instructions.

I purchased this phone to replace another ATT Phone. The phone is reliable, clear, has great range, and the block button is fantastic. No more of those unwanted and robo calls that still manage to get through the do not call registry.
I bought this one because it is wall mountable. I am not sure why the wall mount adapter continues to be this huge and unsightly thing, but it gets the job done in order to mount it on the wall. Just know that it will protrude on the back side of the phone like something odd.
My previous phone had the caller ID announced by the master base. It seems that ATT cut back that feature on this set, while everything else, including the ringtones, are exactly the same as the previous phone. I couldn't find another set with the announced caller ID, so I think they should have kept it. It helps to know who is calling in case you do not want to go take a look at the phone.
Overall good with those couple of drawbacks.

Very easy to set up and use. I like the feature whereby you program one handset, and all the rest are automatically programmed too. There is only one feature I miss, and that is an option to establish a single or two digit code for the most often called (or emergency) numbers, usually preceded by a specified key that indicates a shortcut in dialing; e.g., a # sign followed by 3 which translates to: auto dial Fred Smith.

Replacing 18 year old ATT similar set where smaller display is becoming very dim and hard to see without glasses. Best feature about this set is the screen calls feature called "Smart Call Blocker". Instantly stopped ROBO calls. Now if you do want to receive calls from a call center (calling you back instead of waiting for them to answer is one situation) you will need to add their number into the "allow list". The issue is a automatic calling system calling you back will dial your number but the caller may not be connected immediately or there is a auto voice menu asking you to push a number. Because they can't hit the # key the call screening of this set will not connect the call unless the caller hits the # key when instructed thus will not ring through.
Since this situation is not that often, you can also just disable the call screening until you get your call back.
My personal need do not require the base set with all its features. But since the model that had a more simple base set was basically the same price (this set on sale) I opted for this set. Glad I did.
Also this unit has Bluetooth and you can pair your cell phone to answer it as well as the landline number. The cell phone should be no more that 15 ft from the base unit though. I have not used this feature so I do not know how well it will work for me in various parts of my house.
AT&T has the user and quick guide manuals on line. If not familiar with the Smart Call Blocker you should read them first.
Operation is just like any phone once set up. It's the set up that can be challenging for some.

Would like a tad longer battery life, I'm still very happy with it.

Great now I don't have to run from room to room to answer the phone. I have one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom by my bed. It works great accept most calls come when I'm in the bathroom, I do have my limits.

Four units very handy, even for a couple in a medium size house. The ability to answer a cellphone call on one of the units is good feature to avoid chasing the cellphone around. The audible call screening announcement works well (even though prouncement of caller name is not always right on)

The Mamma moved into my home and I needed additional phone service. This phone really fit the bill. Easy to set up, good range, good sound quality. I spilled water on one of the charging bases, and I was able to not only replace the base, but add an additional handset for only $20. Good purchase.

I work from home. The batteries for my old Uniden would not hold a charge and could not be replaced. I needed a new phone right away. I ordered on line and picked up at the local store. The new phone has a fourth handset that lives on my kitchen table where I work. I gave a 4/5 stars because I did not yet fully explore the new phones capabilities. I was in a hurry.

Bought for my in-laws who are still clinging to that hard line phone connection. Nice that the base unit has a dialpad and speaker phone in addition to the mobile unit. So it really provides 5 extensions. Excellent features and can function as extensions for your cell phone when that number is connected. Easy to setup and start using.

Only get calls from people I want to hear from. No more unwanted calls - I love it! Once I figured out how to use all the features, I started adding data. I turned off ringers to handsets in the bedrooms; we can use the phones but won't be disturbed by incoming calls. Finally a user friendly phone system.

Easy to setup and use. But it will only take 5 satellite phones. I ordered extra phones, and I could only order 3. Now I have six and cannot use 1. I looked at ordering 2 but they weren't available at the time I ordered. Best Buy didn't have this phone in stock either.

No major complaints. Phones work well for the most part. However, the level at which ones voice comes through could be a bit louder. Even with the volume at it's highest level I have trouble hearing what is being said.

Works great. I replaced an old set of AT&T phones and this model is greatly improved. Larger window to read and can block callers not listed in my directory like my cell phone.

We had similar system for quite a few years, but the base unit was failing, distorting the voices. We bought a new system, same brand, and the new ones work so nicely. Really impressed with the new ones, many new features, great sound, and many advantages over our earlier system. We hope our new AT&T system lasts as long as our earlier AT&T system, (we can't even remember how long we had that system). Those earlier handsets were getting so old, we had worn the color off parts of the handsets. Obvious to us the AT&T brand is well made, and very well designed. We highly recommend this phone system. On the ease of use below, i rated it for four stars instead of five simply because we have several new features to get used to! We really like this system!

My mom still has her landline. We’ve had the same phone number since the 1960s. You can understand that since we’ve had it so long, the number of spam calls a day! I work from home so the ringing was annoying! This phone is great for blocking those calls. So glad there’s technology out there that does this!
