Had for almost year... holds charge and range is very good

Very easy to set up and use. All four handsets are programed from the other handsets so no need to program each one or use a specific one for programming. This phone is used for my mother who needs the large numbers and letters in the display.

I like the phone announcing the caller before you answer the phone I like the size of the phone .Many usable features to use on the phones

Good product but I was not able to reduce volume of ringer. I followed the user manual instructions but it did work. Answering machine function is very easy to use. Phone quality is excellent.

The best thing about this item is that it has four hand sets. Other features are in line with competitive models. Installation was easy. However, the audio quality is less than I expected. Voices sound "tinny." Would not buy this item again.

Over the past 20 years I have had various cordless phone systems. Some have lasted longer than others....we will see about this one

My family has two separate sets of this phone system and we like them both very much! All of the individual phones have very good clarity!

It provides the clear sound I had hoped it would. Don't use the answering machine have such through my phone company. The voice quality and pronouncation by the voice announce is very, very poor. Otherwise it was worth the money. Regret that AT&T doesn't offer a phone with all the bells and whistle without an answering machine. This one works for now.

Needed something for "house" line for a few different reasons, mostly because old one doesn't work well on 3 story home in all rooms.

After 7 years our house phones finally died. Ended up purchasing these to replace our old ones and so far they are working just fine!

What I really like: The large display and buttons. I like the number of phones, and I LOVE the easy use Intercom system. We had an AT&T and their intercom worked like a walkie-talkie and it was horribly annoying, but this system is NOT 'press to talk' and I love it so much better! The clarity is good, but nothing more spectacular than any other phone. There are many features I haven't tried yet, such a linking to my cell phone, so I can't address this. Issues: There are a couple issues with this phone that I'm not sure about - whether they're supposed to happen or not. For example, when I'm down to 1 bar on the charge and I try to dial out, I get the word "Busy" in the display along with a busy tone and I can't make the call. Very frustrating!!! Also, when I rest the phone on my shoulder to talk, the person I'm talking to always tells me I'm cutting out. Lastly, it's lightweight, but in a way that makes it feel cheap. Maybe that's just because I'm from the generation of phones hardwired into walls and so heavy they could be classified as deadly weapons.

Works well all over my house and even outdoors, great range

Very pleased with my purchase. Phone works great. Crystal clear. Purchased for my elderly mother. She loves the large numbers and ease of use. Now she has 4 phones for all rooms of her house.

All the great features like swapping calls between headsets plus multiple use on same call. Records and playback are very clear.

We bought a different phone from another store for use at home, both my spouse and I work from home and we use this home phone for conference calls. When we got the other phone home, the volume on the speaker phone was horrible. The speaker was in a bad location and even turned up to the highest volume level, I could not hear the meeting participants nor could they hear me. This phone is used primarily for conference calls and so we need the calls to be able to be heard and clear and concise. We took that phone back and went back to the AT&T brand, which is what we had before. The battery on our very old AT&T went bad and so when we went to the other store, we bought the Panasonic brand. It was not as good as the AT&T and we also have a Best Buy credit card and they are very good at replacing items and carrying the best products.. not to mention we have their credit card.. so we found this phone and we love it.
