    Was delivered to wrong address and never recieved the phone. Tried contacting best buy but was on hold twice only to be transfer and the wait time was over an hour.

    Had just moved and needed a cordless home phone. Having a phone downstairs and upstairs is wonderful. Announcement of caller ID is a good feature.
