Terrible

Cannot it return to the store. The warranty process is a huge hassle. I was told to take it to The ATT store. They told me they couldn't help. I called a number the ATT store gave me but it turns out it was the number for mobile phone warranties. The agent on the phone told me I have to pay to ship it to Att and could take up to 14 days to receive the replacement. Terrible policy. So now I have buy a more phones in case of an emergency.
