The box was not clear that it wasn't the main phone in a pool of 4 phones. Meaning you need the main phone to make it work. Would have been nice to know that on the box. I gave it 3 stars because i am sure it works fine with the main phone, but poor advertising.

don't know if it is comcast or phones. i am having problems with my phone disconnecting mid call... don't know what is responsible. wish i could pin it down to the phone or the phone service provider. i didn't have these problems before all the high technology.

I already had the 2 pack set but I'm needing an extra set for the guest room. All I had to do was plug it up, place the set on the existing home base for registration and recognition...and that was it. Ready, Set, Go!!! Even, I can do this by myself.

Needed to get this item to expand the phone system

I went to Staples and they said the didn't carry this phone, I went to Best Buy and was very pleased with the service. It was ordered for me and I was sent an email when it was in the store.

This is an add on phone for the main system. It operates the same as the phones that come with it and can easily be added to system.

I bought this handset to expand the AT&T - EL52303 system I had previously bought. I put it in the base for less than 3 minutes to be programmed, and it works perfectly.

I bought this phone in hopes that it was a phone but I guess I should have read the fact that I would need to get the entire set! Wasted money!

I didn't know what to expect from this phone when we got it, We still haven't used many of the features, but it enables us to make and answer calls with decent reception, so no complaints.

I especially like the speakerphone; very clear and loud. I like how you can save a number to memory and all the phones have access to it. A very good phone!

I was not able to use it. It does not explain that it needs a home base in the reviews. I have to find another place to use and not in my office where I have phone line

Easy to use contact list, directory, recent call list, etc. Easy to read numbers, adjustable volume & ring tones Would purchase this again!

I bought the original set for my parents because it had clear backlit buttons. And then they wanted one more I ordered online and it came in two days.
