Worked for $30 go-phone plan

Exactly What Was Needed, So We Thought...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was purchasing the GoPhone monthly plan for a short client that was visiting for a short time, and the calling plan was a great match. The one stipulation was that the phone had to be able to make and receive calls to Canada, as well as text messaging. Despite the re-assurance given over the phone from the AT&T activation department to the Best Buy associate in store that we had the correct plan to meet our needs; I ended up on the phone at 21:30hrs that night getting AT&T to honor what was told to us by activations department. They wanted me to pay and additional $10 plus fees for the Canadian service. I can't fault Best Buy for that, so my word of advice would be to make sure you have a competent AT&T activations associate on the phone when you make your purchase!

not able to get refund or exchange
