Easy to unlock and works on At&t. you have to contact At&t service if you are not using it as gophone or prepaid and using it on At&t service.

I bought this prepaid phone online and picked up and product looked good. I put the sim and turned the phone on and activated the wireless service. It worked for few minutes and service stopped working. I called at&t to find that they blocked the phone as their system was showing that phone was not bought by anyone. Wierd experience to have with At&t when they ask you where and when did you buy the phone. I did not expect this to happen. I am not sure if this is issue with best buy or at&t but left me with bitter experience.

I like this Iphone because the processor is fast enough to load apps, and memory is just about ok.
