This a very good product. I’m very glad I bought it.

So I wanted a phone with a better camera. I looked around and the midrange phones from motorola seemed to have a little better camera, but they get very poor marks for durability. Lots of people breaking theirs and I noticed a trend with people talking about micrphones and speaker quality issues. So I thought getting a former flagship phone from a few years ago might be a better choice, than a newer midrange phone. The thing is, this phone body is aluminum, not plastic or glass, which I would think makes it more durable. I find this to be a good phone with lots of useful features. The one thing I really do not like is the lack of a hardware back button. The software back button on the left of the screen does not always work like I wish it would. For example, I would like to go back on instagram, but when I hit the left screen finger tap and swipe, it takes me to the application I was using before instagram, instead of the previous page. In the web browser you can hit the bottom of the screen and that will pull of software tabs to go forward and back which is nice! Overall, I am satisfied. I wish it had a better camera, but the Iphone 7 wasn't in stores yet, and I do not want to pay nearly 400 dollars for a cell phone... For the price, this is great!

found that this phone did not preform as expected and was not as much of an improvement over the iPhone 5s that I had.It was sluggish and unresponsive .

So my friend drop weed hers but while she had it seemingly it worked great…

Not to crazy about this phone. Sold it and purchased the iPhone 8 Plus! Much better quality and picture.

Bought this phone to replace a iPhone SE that had been crashing and locking on reboot (less than 2 years old). Placed this new one on my desk, got busy and old phone worked for a few weeks more. Took it to ATT to activate and it was defective and would not turn on or plug in (therefore DOA). Went to Best Buy and was told I was outside my 14 day window and could not exchange it. They would have to send it to Apple. Since my old phone finally gave out, I had to purchase another one. This time from ATT for $50 less. Now I own two phones. I understand policy but there should be exceptions for clearly defective products.
