I had issues with my iPhone 6s and had to use Best buy's trade in program to get another cost efficient ATT replacement phone, and while it's a major adjust to go from an iOS to Android at just a little over $30 this one is more than capable of doing anything and everything I want and then some!

83 year old mother-in-law is using it. Font & volume have been adjusted for her. All works well, she just wishes it had a longer cord so she could get of the couch with it!!!! We then explained she can unplug it for a day or so when needed...lol.... for $29.00 as a 1 time cost for the phone, w/an unlimited everything an @$45.00 a month w/auto draft, ya can't beat it.

A case for this oohiine is non-existant dropped it and screen shattered. Great!

It has a lot of features my previous phone didn't have! It has a nice big screen and is easy to use. It has decent battery life. Haven't had it long enough to know if there are any issues. If you don't want all the apps to eat up your data, be sure to turn OFF the ones you don't need. It can be tedious but worth it to save on background data usage. It's Google everything-but that seems to be the norm now. No complaints or issues.

Good camera, storage, and large screen.. very easy to use. Love the blue color

This is a $40 phone so let's consider that. It does everything an $800 phone does but a little bit slower and a little bit grainier. Considering the cost, I'm giving it 4 stars, which is great. I only used it for a burner when my iPhone crapped out and my new one hadn't arrived yet.

I wanted a phone that was easy to use and big enough to read. And also the price had to be affordable. I found it at the Best Buy.

Not bad for a $35 phone. I used it for about 3 weeks and it works fine so far. Not many apps and a little clunky but it's good for what it is...a phone.

Good size screen, fair weight ,I have dropped this phone aleast 5 times already . Screen is a good non scratch screen , strong phone for the price good camera and recording device, give a good amount of ways you can set the phone up to fit your needs. Good sound on youtube music, blue tooth and many more ways it can help keep your daily tasks getting done.

Big screen makes it easy to read. Easy to use. Battery charges fast and last long time.

Was a little skeptical about buying this phone because of price, turned out this phone is great if your looking to get something asap and don't want to spend 100s. Has lots of memory , storage , and the picture quality is decent. Overall my daughter is happy with the storage ,pics and video quality as long as she didn't have to go weeks without a phone.

I purchased this phone device as a first phone for my daughter and added it to my postpaid plan so that she may call me or her mother while with the opposite parent without her having to access our phone devices to do so. The phone device allows her to watch her favorite YouTube kid videos, take pictures, and make memorable videos as she grows up. I also added a case and screen protector as additional measures of protection for it, however if the phone device is dropped and damaged, I can easily replace it without having to spend over $40. Great phone for a kid! It’s packed with wonderful features, pretty sturdy, fully customizable, parental control friendly, and well priced! Again, great phone for a kid!

Great for the price and easy to use, large screen and easy touch keys

This is a great phone for the price. I needed something quick and cheap while I was waiting for parts for my powerful cell phone. I was able to download some apps and was back in business. The biggest differance was that it was a "lite" version of Facebook. Definitely worth the price and great to have as a back-up phone. I rarely will give a top score...just me.

I bought this item for a visiting friend. It is good for using maps, or connecting to Internet. But screen is dim. Camera is ok but you will want another camera for record your memories. Nothing like new phones. So good for temporary usage but can be problem for long term.

I bought this phone for my autistic son, and the ease of use is amazing. Great size and quality for a low price!

When I lost my company phone I was looking for a unit that will replace it with a good price and efficient cellphone which i used mostly for texting and calling only. And i thanked the sales associate for recommending this.

nice entry price smartphone easy to program. Comes locked to AT&T but that is my carrier. Took maybe 10 minutes to switch to my plan.

I purchased this phone after my other one was drowned on a kitchen counter. The phone is reasonably priced and does all basic functions well. I'm still learning how to use it to access texts and phone calls

I am in love with my new phone. I enjoy the 5.5 screen the most and all the features that are applicable with the phone. The device is great. The color and the content quality of the camera is wonderful. The device updates everything in a timely manner and functions very well. Thank you Best Buy for this wonderful device.
