This is a cheap easy to use phone for my mother who isn't very tech savvy. It's easy for her to use and has good sound quality. Can't really beat it for the price

I needed A temporary phone as a back up phone and did not want to spend a lot of money. These kind of phones are wonderful when you need to replace your child’s phone to keep them off their apps etc. it’s also a great replacement phone in case a smart phone is lost and you do not want to spend the money.

Battery life is good and the Volume is good. Was perfect for my mom since its very simple to use. Only issue is the number 0 is hard to press

Nothing wrong with he phone in it’s short existence with us. Once an angry teen that lost his iPhone received it. It was a glorious 48 hours before he snapped this phone in half. Hopefully the next one I buy lasts longer.

I bought this for a friend who had to return a smart phone that was too awkward and difficult for his needs. We thought this simple flip phone would be better and it is, to a point. However, there is insufficient instructions on its use and we had to go back to the Best Buy store for help. From what I hear from my friend he is still having difficulties with this phone. I am not sure he is able to answer calls yet. The buttons are difficult to press and some features are not even labeled. You really need to pro vide a printed diagram with simple instructions on how to turn it on and off and and make and answer calls. Instead, there is a garage of information for features that he does not want or even understand. This is why the "smart" phone was returned. We chose this because we wanted something to do no more than send and receive telephone calls, nothing more. He had another simple phone in the past w/o any problem, The screen and useless bells and whistles on this make it less practical than older models but it is just better than the awful "smart" phone. What ever happened to the delightful cell phones that were available only two or three years ago? I gave this 3 stars because it is better than the smart phone he had to return but that isn't saying much.

Purchased this phone for my mother-in-law. Phone is perfect! Ease of use and it has a senior mode on it and you can hear great. Would highly recommend and would for sure purchase another.

needed a cheap phone for emergency-only use. This fit the bill perfectly, giving easy use and low costs for just plain phone calls.

Last flip phone (ZTE) went dead just after a year. I know it was cheap, but really? So far this one is working and I liked the ringtone options. Would never use a phone like this to text or get on the internet.

Easy simple to use for a prepaid phone .Great old school flip phone great for calls, not really good for internet use at all and a bit hard to text but overall great for my mom

Was looking for a basic phone and this one fits the bill. Talk, text, email and basic browsing good battery standby time and ok talk time. Bluetooth but no wifi.

Good product. Used it to meet chicks in New Orleans. Ask a group of girls to take a pic of you and your friends and then hand them this flip phone. Works like a charm

I have purchased 3 of these phone, I need them for the job I have, and best buy has the BEST price on them , plus I just love visiting my local Best Buy to say hello to all of the nice folks that work there
