This was for a friend, and she is challenged when it comes to tech, so simple is better. Makes calls, does the basics, and that is what you want for those who are put off with too much technology. Basic good value.

Good basic phone. But, would be even better if AT&T would allow to unlock them so we can use with international SIM

Purchase it for my Dad who is 69 years old. He needed a very basic phone and this one is perfect. He is use to the "flip phone" style. Not many of these around anymore. Programmed "Hot" buttons to family members. Great phone for him who does not text and just wants to make and receive calls. It works perfectly.

He loves flip phones and when I switched to at&t I bought this for him. He loves it.

Bought this phone for my mom as a direct replacement of the one she had for 3 plus years (the charger port went out). Little changed other than it has a camera, which although the pic is very small is still excitement for mom. The sound and reception are both above average (mom is 81, wears heading aides). As with the previous version the volume controls are on the side and when you hold the phone you will always inadvertently adjust the volume... while you're talking/listening (as mom would say "Err"). Amazing they haven't moved the controls to the face of the display and/or have a "lock" option to avoid this major inconvenience. 4 stars for doing what its supposed to do. The fifth star is lost in the volume control.

This was just what I wanted to serve my needs. No frills just ring, and answer. The reason for a lower rating is because the salesmen was upset, that I want this phone instead of the bells and whistles.

Abusive employees tear up phones. Luckily Best Buy still carries these!

AT&T is one of the most reliable networks in our area and this phone is a very reliable phone as long as you don't need to access the internet. So, it is a good starter phone for children you don't want on the internet and it allows you to restrict incoming or outgoing calls to those that are programmed into the phone, and you can use a pin code to prevent the children from adding or subtracting contacts without making it any more difficult for them to use the phone for approved purchases.

I bought this for my mom, as she’s in her 70s. She loves it. She talks on it only so it’s perfect for her!

Network was going down on the previous phone, so we needed a replacement. Got this one for eight bucks and was able to drop the old SIM card in it so I didn't have to change the phone number. No issues with reloads so far. Great burner.

like my new cell phone,easy to use and the a.t. like my new phone, it is easy to use and the a.t.&t. plan is a great price at 30.00 pr month less 5.00 if you set up automatically pay plan, plus it is a great plan for unlimited talk and text. the phone for only 11.50 is a good buy.

we had to get this for my nephew who just needs a phone in case of emergency. good for kids if you need to get a hold of them. nothing fancy. just old fashioned cell phone for calling. Texting is not really user friendly

The phone has improved from the prior model. Works great.

This is perfect if you just want a phone. My 80 year old mom just needed a simple durable phone.
