LG never fails to impress me. I have owned several LG products and they seem to last me many years without issue, and the Phoenix 4 is no exception! Great phone for the price, plus being prepaid if I have issue because of my own fault, simply order another!! For the price this phone is one of the best i have ever owned!!

It is a pre-paid, so don't expect an iPhone. It does the job and does it well. Camera is not the greatest, but again, for the price, it is fine.

This was supposed to be a temporary replacement for my dying iPhone, but it works so well, I'm gonna keep it for the long term. Nice display, nice size(not too big), all the features I could want. Battery lasts about 3 days with average use. No complaints at all.

I liked the general easy to use format. Does everything the basic phone user needs. Great phone for seniors wanting to do more. Had a problem with the input power plug that was taken care of. If not for that I would have given it a 5 star.

The Phoenix 3 had serious lag issues out of the box, which you could only improve by disabling the bloatware apps. The Phoenix 4 appears to be reasonably smooth even with everything enabled.

I got this on sale for less than $20 a year ago and it has been a great cell phone. Plays movies on tubi fantastically. Camera, text messaging, Wifi, internet all work great. Bought a screen protector and protector case for it.

This phone started acting wrong about a year ago and was put in the drawer because i I had a much better phone which is no longer repairable, it wasn't doing well then got an update and now is surprisingly good.

I love this phone. I am not an internet geek. I need a phone for calling and texting. But this one does so much more. Inexpensive price which is good for me because I have a tendency to be rough on phones. Would buy this product again.

I like the prepaid feature because I don't use the phone that much. My old phone had many restrictions that this one does not, like how many people you can have on a group text. The size is comfortable in my hand and the screen is relatively easy on the eyes. I like black so that was great.

For a cheap AT&T go phone, this is a pretty good one. For those newer game Apps that require accelerometer or gyroscope, no good!

This phone is good when you're on a budget. It does everything the higher price phones does,just not as fancy.I like it. At least it's not a flip phone. Lol.

This is the third one of these phones I've bought for my boys, with a good case these phones have lasted my 5 and 7 far old a year (my 5 year old lost his hence the replacement) and it's still going strong.
