    I came from India and had a Indian network compatible Smart phone. I couldn't use any sim cards from US on it. So I had a buy a new phone. But this phone was a good choice and it fit the purpose.

    lacking some features like how to adjust or eliminate dinging every time you get an email or some sort of notification. can't find where to turn in off. also don't like having to use password to access and then it stays on for like 2 seconds and you have to log in again.

    Had the phone for 14 days . Not every thing was transferred. No contacts. No pictures transfered at all. The guy he said all he could do. But he did not transfer anything. Hy Husband has enough problems with his phone. And nothing was explained to him. Very disappointedy

    Cant do somethings like individually clear call history - all or nothing. Chooses for different tones for text lacking. All seem soft and quick. Cant extend them for better hearing of older person.

    It's Too tall for single thumb use. Long swipe from top to bottom to unlock then code. Prob could be changed but it's what I'm used to. Also took me a couple days to find my icons. Double tap swipe bottom middle fyi. Otherwise decent phone no frills..
