The employee who helped with this product was fantastic, courteous and professional. Wish i could remember his name hope it was on my reciept, cause he was great help.Have not had a problem with product at all.

Had no issues setting this up initially but it's impossible to switch back and forth between tablet and phone plans. AT&T employees weren't super helpful. Their only solution was for me to refill the account to switch.

New phones may not use the same SIM card size. Luckily, there are all three sizings to choose from. Transferring, especially with an already active AT&T account, makes it so much easier to set up and use.

Multiple SIM card sizes work in all modern phones including iPhone 6S. I used this for a trip where my coverage with my unlocked iPhone 6S Plus on TMobile had insufficient coverage.

Ended up not using it but the kit comes with the all-in-one sim kit - Standard, micro and nano cutouts. So make sure you know which size you want before you snap it out of the cutout because you cant undo.

The AT&T customer service staff was patient and helpful.

I switched service carriers and found the kit is the fastest and most economical way to switch. The att store wanted $20 for the new sim card alone.At Best Buy, No charge for the new sim card!!

Worked good, how ever might not be the best option for pre paid

Bought gkids att go phones to see how they do with them, they are 8 and 11 yrs. If they do ok with them might add them to my plan. This is a good way to try it out and see how responsible they are.

I don't know how much I can talk about this product other than to say that it was Easy set-up//works well no problems- works as advertised, always enjoyed having and using AT&T service and products

I bought this so I could replace my sim card in my current device after regular store hours. Called AT&T after buying to activate and everything was a breeze. I'm even using it on a postpaid account.

Sometimes people need a break from their phone company or a kid needs to start out slowly. This works great.

Bought this to use on my purchased iPhone 6s. The micro SIM card fit into my iPhone and works just fine. Data service is patchy outside of the city but works great for an alternative to traditional plans.

I have just as much connectivity and access to data and talk time as i would with a contract plan, and it ultimately costs me far less money. If you've got an already unlocked phone, it's definitely worth the switch.

The SIM was affordable and easy to setup. There was a lot of documentation included but it is not really needed due to the ease of simply inserting the SIM card into your phone.

Easy to install and put credit on it. Works great if you don’t need a fixed/monthly paid line.

I really needed the sim card for my phone because I was helping a friend get her phone and have her my sim card so i went and bought after one... It was easy and fast to get it ready.
