I bought two of these prepaid phones to replace different prepaid phones for my wife and I. I had thought that the sales associate would help set these up but he suggested taking them to the ATT store (which I did as I am not phone-friendly). After setup, they are easy to use; I sent my first text - easy as can be. Phone directory was easy to set up and use. For somebody who is not phone-friendly, this is a good buy.

I am a Canadian and I do a lot of work in the US. Over the years I have tried many options (MiFi, travel plans, etc.) and think I finally found the right option form me. The phone is great with one minor exception, I wish it had more memory. I added a micro-SD card and it allows me to save pictures and such to it but not all apps can be run from the SD card. Other than that, the phone and AT&T plan work great for my needs.

Needed a quick replacement for my phone that I damaged..love this phone! Was a great price..on sale..easy to use. Have been very happy with the Samsung phones I've had.

This is a great phone for someone looking not to be locked into a contract. It has a nice screen and handles most task efficiently. You can't go wrong with this phone.

Feature rich phone in a throwaway price. Easy to unlock and can be used on other carriers. Usually this kind of phones worth $75+. Battery life is also good.

A decent little phone for a basic user (Grandma). Not fancy, not big, not action packed. Simple to learn. FB, email, text and calls. Bit of net searching.

i like the size. i have a few phones that i just change the sims cards in. this one works fine does everthing I need it to do.found case easy its a J1 amp2 case fits.

I am not familiar with Samsung because I use Iphone, but I am helping my girlfriend set up her phone and it appears to be just the thing for her. I was frustrated because I had to use Google to figure out how to answer a call. Who would have thought to SLIDE the green icon. I tapped the thing many times and finally went to Google. Seems to be a very nice phone for the price.

Its a very nice cell for this price. I like its size, color and it quality.

This phone has a large enough screen for seniors to use. Also all the icons are labeled so it is great for those who have trouble using smart phones.

I like this samsung express 3, because i can download mostly all the apps that i need. I used iphone before, but i definitely love this phone because samsung is more easier and simple to use; i don't need to connect to itunes in order to download songs. I bought this samsung express 3 only $50.00, but it is great and i can insert a micro sd so i have everything that i need.

I purchased this phone for my 9 y/o son. He really likes it. He has downloaded games and apps on it. It doesn't have a lot of internal memory, but some apps (not all) can be moved to your SD card. He's had this phone for about 2 months and hasn't complained to me about anything. For the low price I paid (I got it on sale) it was definitely worth it.

I do enjoy this phone. I just wish that the camera was a bit less fuzzy. It seems that Samsung has yet to work out all the kinks for having a camera that is not blurry. It has improved from my last samsung but still needs work. I think this is good if you mostly just make phone calls and play games. Anything major you might want to use an I phone.

I purchased this prepaid phone to hold me over until my regular phone came back from repairs under warranty. This phone was somewhat slow and limited in its memory, but what can you expect for such an inexpensive phone. Definitely wouldn't recommend as anyone's primary phone.

I found this phone easy to use, with a good battery duration and a very vivid and clear screen display. Good value for the purchase.

My mother-in-law is 77 yrs old with early stages of dimentia and wanted a smart phone instead of the flip phone because all her friends had smart phones. I love Samsung and research told me this was ideal for the elder population. I even bought the app BIG LAUNCH and it makes phone similar to a Jitterbug, which is only available on their service plans. This phone works like a dream! And she LOVES IT!
