great service with the phone. a sim card is a sim card

A little more expensive than other retailers of product.

Don't even bother to read the instructions on how to register a Sim and a timecard that goes with the SIM. The instructions basically are worthless. You will frustrate yourself no end trying to start service via the website it's abominable how bad it is. Your only salvation is to call tech support which is what I was forced to do and they were able to initialize the SIM card and install the appropriate data and time. But it was a Chinese fire drill that didn't need to happen.

The product would have been better if it would have been useable. They did not say anything about needing a separate data plan to make it work. A lack of information made this purchase a fail.

Well, turns out that if you get the sim card, you also need minutes and it is not easy to find this AT&T stores around. Do not recommend

I live in santa rosa by kawana springs where the networks are not as strong. Have to leave house to get service. I have a good T-mobile reception here but not at&t.

Only get 1 bar of signal using ATT at my house. But retail store is very pleasant.

The Unlimited Data sim kit I bought is useless to me and I just found that out - the plans on AT&T say that hotspot use is "prohibited". Why? Now I read others here have what I thought I was buying... and apparently was not... and I can't return it, and I can't use it. So thanks for selling me something that did NOT indicate I could not use it in a hotspot, Best Buy. What am I supposed to do with something that I can't use and can't return?

If you buy a g6 for the use of prepaid you will have to buy the sim card are your moto want work. 2 out of 5 stars, it should come free w/the phone

Expensive. Didnt work well and charged for things I didnt even use.

Couldn’t use my minutes ‘cause it’s really difficult to follow the instructions. And even if u did it successfully, the online system of AT&T don’t accept the PIN code.

I bought at&t Sim card that failed. Phone picked up WiFi, but did not pick up the At&t network. Says no service.

Att has limited Data You cannot get what you think you can totally unlimited is a crock you only get a certain amount and then done

Scratched off the PIN and entered it on the AT&T site, they said the PIN had already been used. Non refundable purchase, now I'm out $45 and my daughter doesn't have a working phone.

I had to buy this for geek squad to change my sim to another phobe didnt work and geek squad still charged me for it.

AT&T would not me use it and made me buy one from them. I had eIt 2 more days to get Activated.

no service, no phone support, but the billing is instant.. double invoicing.. avoid ATT

Got this for free but when I went to use it, it was expired so said.
