phone only used for emergency use in car -so far so good -but have not really used much

I bought this for my 20 year old son because I got tired of paying to replace phones. It might not be a smart phone but with unlimited talk & text through AT&T, it provides what they need. He can use it to get online a little too but since he is working full time now he bought a smart phone with his own money. YAY for him! Time to start paying his own bills! I bought this because I wanted to have contact with him...a family phone plan from AT&T for $15 and the phone was $15. Cant beat that with a stick! GREAT DEAL and A GREAT LITTLE PHONE! :)

I am very happy to still be able to find a basic and fairly simple phone. It has everything we need and is not overwhelming with features we don’t want or need. We would have chosen a different color, but it only came in blue. Thank you.

This phone was super easy to set up. It was reasonably priced and easy to use. Looking for a cheap phone you can't go wrong with this one.

Nice little flip phone, easy to use, sound is good, does drop call is you open the phone too fast. Has caller ID on the outside screen if you hear it ringing, have to open the phone to view missed calls and push the button to see what calls you missed and it counts all missed calls from this person over several days which can be confusing. Otherwise nice little phone to make calls, difficult to text because of number keys only.

if you just want a basic phone to make calls this is it. sound quality is very good and the volume can be turned up loud enough for anyone. it's very easy to use.

We just wanted to get a cheap phone to use in Mexico. It is not any fancy phone, but functional and easy to carry.

Not the most feature packed phone but knew that going in. Held charge for days and the sound and reception were good.

Phone is great for a gophone. I have att. Loved the price. Size is perfect and camera works well.

Bought this phone for my mother who is not up to date with smartphone technology. Phone was super cheap and very basic. Easy to use. Totally does the job. She only utilizes the phone for talk and very little texting. Highly recommend for anyone just wanting the very basic functions/features.

Needed an inexpensive phone to put a real sim card in for my dad. This one has larger buttons compared to most of the other phones out there. It has several ring tones that are extremely loud which is great for someone hard of hearing. This is my dad's first phone, and he seems to be able to make calls fairly easily. He likes the size that he can put it in his pocket nicely and that he can't accidently call people when it's in his pocket.

An affordable phone that is easy to use and navigate if you're not looking for a smart phone. Mainly for emergency use only and calling outside the country. If you need a phone for someone that does not like the smart phones because they are difficult to use, this is the phone to get.

This phone is used by my 87 year old mother-in-law and as a phone it works great. it is easy to use and difficult for her to turn off (which was a problem with her previous phone). She does not use any other features on the phone so, unfortunately, I can give no other feedback.

I bought this phone for my mother who found cell phones intimidating, and just wanted a plain phone she could flip open, start dialing a number without having to go through a few steps to get there. The phone is perfect for her and she is very happy, which makes me happy too.

small flip phone purchased during thanks. Battery holds for longer time and call quality is good. It is a best bet for the basic usage like calling and texting.

Perfect as a Pay as You Go Phone, especially if You only use it for calls. The Dept Manager left something to be desired! He assured me, he could transfer my address book, etc. from my, previously purchased cell phone, before I agreed to buy it. I was turned over to an Employee who was still in training, who kept apologizing, because as it turned out, the data could not be transferred. I definitely felt that the Manager farmed me out for a bigger customer, who he serviced, throughout my visit, and I'm sure just happened to be $hopping for "The New IPhone". II would have gone to a different Best Buy (which I have done before) if it were not for the person who was handling my purchase, being so sincere and determined to do their, best. The Manager was well aware of my disappointment and made no effort to apologize for, misrepresenting his ability to provide the promised service.

Phone was purchased as a temporary replacement for a broken iPhone. It dosent have a whole lot of extras but it works great for making calls and texting.
