I purchased this for my elderly mother. She had a smart phone but it was very difficult for her finding the icon for making phone calls. She would get very frustrated and seems very happy that she can make a call without going through different screens!

Perfect cell phone we used while between providers. My Husband was headed out of town for a week and needed a cell phone. This was perfect, we bought 90 minutes for the phone. I am not a cell phone expert, the Best Buy staff opened the phone placed the card inside, did all the set up. Great customer service. I am very happy with this purchase, for what we used it for, which was simple calls and text messages.

Great phone for the price. I bought this phone for my brother in law and he liked it's he asked me to buy one for my sister as well. They are happy because it is wash yo use as they aren't hi tech.

Your non-smart phone just died and you don't want to break another arm and leg buying a new phone. Just buy this that costs less than $10 and keep going. Great for short term use especially for travelers. this is the phone to pick up and get mobile. Inexpensive and quick to activate. Highly recommended for folks who hate contracts and want to keep expenses low and in line of sight.

We decided to add a second AT&T Go Phone to help us communicate with each other when we were separated. The Z221 was just what we were looking for. It meets our 'basic' needs... and holds its charge much longer than our original phone.

Excellent simple non-smart phone. My parents still uses these old phone and this fits their need. They are happy with it as they just needed something to make and receive phone calls. You can use this phone with an active AT&T account as that is what I did. Overall I am completely satisfied and would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a simple non-smart phone.

I purchased this phone for my husband. He only uses his mobile phone as a phone - no data, no texting. This is the simplest flip phone we could find. It has the capability to do more than just receive and make phone calls, but if you want just a "phone" to make calls, this is a good one.

Great phone for what it is. Bought for an older parent who is not up to par with the smartphone age. Have bought two so far for my mother and they last for a long time before needing to be replaced. Several years actually, with good care. Works excellent, good call quality, and battery life is really good until phone gets several years old. No complaints. Was glad that I was able to buy this same phone a second time for my mom.

It's inexpensive, it works, it's dependable. It was perfect for my in-laws. I got it to replace a contract flip phone. All you need is the SIM card from the contract phone. It doesn't matter that this is a goPhone. It works.

This was very cheap. It is also very easy to use. The technology is not great but if all you want to do is make calls and not spend a lot of money on a smart phone then this flip phone is a good second best phone device. If I could change one thing on this phone, it would be making easier. Doing texts is a pain with this phone but then one would say you get what you pay for and they would be right. I tried linking a bluetooth device to this phone but it didn't seem to work too well. C'est la vie! Just watch the video of Adele singing, "Hello" and you will see the flip phone in action!

OK, so it's a flip phone, and it works. I needed it for an international guest. The great part is that Best Buy saw me enter, suggested, activated, and had me back out the door in 20 minutes without taking a ton of money. My previous attempt at a different chain had me running out the store in double the time after wanting twice the price.

If you are looking for a basic prepaid phone that is simple to use get the Z222. Also ATT is a great network to have a phone on. Don't expect the bells an whistles of a Smart Phone. Good for people who just want a simple phone to make calls (such as older people).
