Excellent phone for the price. My sister broke her phone and contract doesn't allow for a new one yet so we quickly ran to Best Buy and bought it. All they had to do was change out sim card and she was good to go. I also like the flip feature it's nice to just close it and know it's really hung up and the person you just called a butt-head didn't hear you. LOL! If I didn't use my Samsung edge for games I would downgrade to this phone too. Can't tell you how many times I've thought I hung up and the person is still on the other end saying I can still hear you. Over all Great Phone. And you can just add it to your AT&T contract and not have to pre- pay as you go. Don't know what else to say except I'd buy it again if she lost it or broke it. Great battery life, easy to use, good photo quality too. No complaints

I have this phone set up as a landline phone through my cell phone provider AT&T. I get charged $10 a month. Unlimited minutes. I cannot text or send or receive emails. I can only talk. Which is perfectly fine with me. This phone gives me the ability to talk anywhere at any time and any distance from anyone. I pay $120 plus tax a year for the service of this phone through my provider. It does everything I desire. Stores countless phone numbers and addresses. Provides me with picture taking ability. Why people spend $120 a month or more to do what I can do at home for free on my computer. I do all my everything from my home computer. Why people choose to spend over $1200 a year or more so they can do it from their car is beyond me. This is a great product with a great company and I highly recommend it.

Easy to use flip phone. Open to answer, flip close when done with your call. It is a bit small, which may make it difficult for seniors with limited dexterity or arthritis.

Our son needed a phone to do the least and simplest of things and this one does. He did not want Internet or any extras. He can text using the older method but he does not want to text much either.

This little phone is great. It is full of extras like an alarm, voice recorder, address/phone number book, speaker phone and more. The sound quality is great, it sounds better than some peoples smart phones and the price was really reasonable for all that you get in this phone. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I have been wanting my elderly mother to have a cell phone for emergency purposes and not just rely on a hard line phone. This is a great, cost-effective cell phone to start her out with. It is simple and easy to use.

I have no interest in data services on my cell phone. I just want to be able to make and receive an occasional call. It folds up small and I don't even realize it's in my pocket unless it rings. Works great for it's intended purpose and the price is hard to beat.

I needed a cheap phone for only a month as I was going on a trip and had no other means to reach any of my family. So I picked up this phone and it worked perfectly well and I couldn't argue with the great price. The battery lasted for a full day easy and numerous days when I didn't use it as much.

Purchased this phone for my father. It could use a few more functions like number blocking, font size, etc. OK for a basic senior phone. Sound quality is good.

I needed this to "downgrade" an IPhone 6 for a child for disciplinary purposes while still allowing her emergency and Telephone contact. The phone provides basic safety but no frills and a VERY reasonable cost. And it seems to have solved thd disiplne problem. Have switched back to the IPhone but she knows the other is still in the drawer. :-)

I BOUGHT THIS PHONE IN AUGUST 2016.IT IS STILL WORKING STRONG. IT BEEN DROPPED OVER 20 TIMES ON CONCRETE,CARPET, AND DIRT,AND STILL NOTHING HAVE BROKEN ON IT. IF YOU ONLY NEED A PHONE TO TALK AND TEXT,THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU

I prefer a basic phone - just voice and texting. This one works great, is very durable, the battery charge lasts a ling time, and, best of all, my phone bill is cheap, cheap, cheap. I use it with my regular ATT month by month account - no longer under contract and just use my tablet and wi-fi for everything else. This phone is not a drain on my bank account, - just about $10 a month (my daughters' smart phones chew up the rest of the billl but they pay their own way and I don't have to worry about it)

This is a great little basic cell phone. The phone is A t & T unlimited, w/no contract and has presented us with zero problems. It has great sound clarity, both sending and receiving conversations. For the pennies it cost and the low, low monthly minutes you can't beat it. Maybe not for the techies out there but I would recommend it to anyone who just needs a unlimited voice and text beater.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY 9YR OLD DAUGHTER.... USES IT STRICTLY FOR CALLING/TEXTING ME DURING OR AFTER SCHOOL....OR IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES.

Reception is good. Setup was easy, took old SIM card and place inside new phone. Battery life is decent. Camera could be better.

Only phone my husband will use. It fits in his pocket and has a camera. He doesn't text so perfect for answering calls. Volume is great so he can hear the caller and other functions straight forward and easy to use.

Works well to receive and make calls! We needed a phone for my parent who only needed a phone for basic functions (calls/text) and this serves well. Happy for the price. Would not hesitate buying this phone again.
