THEY ARE NOT USED AS A PHONE -- ONLY FOR READING MY KINDLE EBOOKS (EXCEPT ONE OF THEM AND IT WORKS GREAT AS A PHONE TOO!)

Got this for my girlfriend for Christmas and so far it works good the only issue she has had was the internet button when she presses it the phone freezes so I moved it from her home screen and put Google in its place and no more problem

It is a good phone for a teenager (12-15), until they are ready for another phone

The 4G capabilities is the only thing lacking on this phone otherwise it is a good investment for your school age children.

I needed a new phone to replace the one I gave to my children. This phone provided everything I needed and didn't cost a whole lot. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't run across any problems. This phone was a big Win-Win for me.

The phone works well for it's intended purpose. Good starter phone for kids.

My daughter purchased this phone and had to return it, because it would randomly dial 911 while being used for other things. The phone would just be sitting on the table, and you would hear someone on the other end, pick up the phone, and it was the 911 operator. Not sure it was an issue with the phone itself or not, but after 4-5 times of this happening in a week, we brought it back.
