Not the best camera, not the best touch screen but works great for the price. When it is held the wrong way it may be hard for the person on the other line to hear you. It may not sound like a good phone but once again for the price it will do what you need it to do.

Good beginner phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had trouble when it updated the operating system itself and didn't finish the update. so everyday it would turn on and off for 10 minutes which made the phone unusable for that time. we went back to best buy and they forced the update to complete. now it is ok.

I really like this phone

The only upgrade I would like to see is the block/restrict call feature. But other than that I would highly recommend it.
